Human life energy. Life energy is the path to health

Modern science and medicine have ceased to actively deny human life energy, and even centers for its study appear. But in reality, science only approaches this difficult-to-study object. In the ancient texts describing yogic practices, practical methods of working with energy are given, its sources are described, the laws by which it acts, and much more. So what is human energy?

Human energy is an invisible, invisible force that makes elementary particles, organs and systems of our body interact with each other. This is what collects and holds the elementary parts into a single whole.

The term "energy" is found in all cultures of different peoples, for example: in China - "Qi", in India - "Prana", and in ancient Russia - "Alive". Hence the word "living", "life" arose!

Energy is invisible. We can register and study any kind of energy not directly, but through its manifestation. For example, electric current. It is not visible, but it is well felt when the heating device or lighting is on. Electromagnetic waves are not registered by our senses. But through radio and television, they manifest themselves as image and sound. Also human energy. It is invisible, but it manifests itself. And according to these manifestations, it can be registered.

How does energy manifest itself in a person? Very noticeable! A high level of energy is the presence of strength and a thirst for activity. This is enthusiasm, good mood and well-being. It's a delight. This is the feeling of love. Low energy levels - weakness, laziness, heaviness in body and mind, bad mood, depression. In other words, one of the manifestations of energy is the emotional background. Emotions of a higher order correspond to a high level of energy, a lower order - to a low level. So where to get energy from? Ancient texts describe four sources ...

These sources are well known to us and, at first glance, are banal. But this is only at first glance. The first source is food. Note: How long can we spend without food? On average, 40 to 60 days. Without harm to health (and sometimes even with benefit) up to 21 days. For this reason, this energy source is considered to be not the main one. Provided proper nutrition.

The next source of energy is sleep. Without sleep, we can survive no more than 3-4 days. And then the fuse goes off, and the body shuts down - you fall asleep anywhere.

The next source is breath. Not the air itself, but the whole process of breathing. We can only live without breathing for a couple of minutes. For the physical level of existence, this is the most important source of energy.

And the last, most powerful source of energy is a positive mindset.

Positive mindset

This is the first, main, thinnest and most powerful source of energy. Notice that when we think positively, we are filled with joy, we are happy. When we are happy, we are full of energy! We are full of enthusiasm and desire to act. To be more precise, the source of energy is the external environment - Nature. It gives tremendous strength, a huge boost of energy for activity, making plans, faith in oneself and in the future. Nature gives great enthusiasm, endowing man with incredible power.

Nature simply gives a person energy, which a person transforms into activities and relationships. But there is a condition: Nature gives energy exactly as much as a person is ready to take. And this readiness is due to a certain emotional state, and this, in turn, is a positive attitude of the mind.

Only in this emotional state, the coveted channel opens, through which we are given energy for everything that happens in our life. Think back to the state of successful people. As a rule, they are in a high state of mind - they are positive, cheerful, full of life and active. Many attribute their condition to the condition of their affairs. But, alas, the opposite is true.

The state of affairs of successful people is determined by their emotional state, and the latter arises from the ability to think positively.

So what is a positive mindset? First of all, this is a natural state of mind and a certain way of thinking, which are given from birth, and which we voluntarily give up. See the world through the eyes of a three-year-old and you will understand the source of his enthusiasm. To achieve, or rather return to a positive state of mind, yoga describes and teaches to follow three positions.

The first is the relationship to the outside world. - to life, circumstances and people around us. When a negative situation comes into our life, most often we ask ourselves the question "why do I need this?" and "who is to blame for my problems?" This formulation of the question is called the position of the victim. It creates negative attitudes and drains energy. And it also gives rise to complaints. Complaints fill the mind, which switches it from solving the problem to complaining itself. The chain is closed, and it is no longer possible to break out of it; in order to avoid problems, it is necessary to change the attitude towards the outside world, i.e. in response to an undesirable situation, ask yourself the question "why do I need this?" The answer will come quickly. And this answer will allow you to gain experience, often a harmonious solution, and therefore benefit. And when we realize that we are receiving something from the outside world, we rejoice. A positive state of mind arises and our energy grows.

This approach to life also has a name - the position of the student. Therefore, when an angry shop assistant yells at us, we need to gain experience, learn. Learn, in this workshop, to control your emotions. Learn to switch this person from a negative state to a positive one, because he shouts at us because he feels bad. And realizing this, to be satisfied that life has sent us a lesson on the strength of qualities. When you start asking yourself the question "why do I need this?", Life itself will show you positive lessons.

The second is to choose what to let into your mind. You can contemplate the beauty of nature, works of art, animals. Or you can watch a thriller or action movie. You can visit the exhibition. Or you can have a website with unambiguous content. You can discuss the topic of personality development. Or a neighbor. There are thousands of examples.

The third position is mental hygiene.

In life, it is not always possible to protect yourself from unfavorable impressions. An accident on the road, an unpleasant story heard, some kind of sudden event. In our age, information flows of high density, therefore, the issue of mental hygiene is more relevant than in ancient times. And in ancient times it was daily. Yoga introduces the concept of mental hygiene - regular cleansing of impressions. It is achieved through breathing and meditation techniques.

Breath

Breathing is the most important source of energy at the physical level. In the process of breathing, we release liquid and carbon dioxide, and we receive oxygen and free electrons from the outside. During breathing, not only gas exchange occurs, but also the body receives energy from the environment. Air is the carrier of the universal energy - prana. It is called universal because it supports not only physical, but also mental and emotional processes within us. Possessing vast knowledge in this area, the ancient scientists created a breathing system that has survived to this day in the Vedic texts.

The basis of this system is to increase the effective lung volume and at the same time the time for the cycle of inhalation and exhalation. This leads to the receipt of a larger amount of energy and a decrease in the rate of metabolic processes, i.e. prolongation of youth.

Our lungs are made up of three lobes. These lobes are located one above the other and communicate with each other at the top, just like a bunch of grapes with a branch. This feature makes the lobes of the lungs independent from each other. Inhalation and exhalation are carried out by the intercostal and abdominal muscles, which straighten the chest (and the lungs along with it) in a certain way. So that when inhaling and exhaling, the lobes of the lungs follow each other, from bottom to top. For some reason, we have lost the correct breathing motor skills and breathe only one lobe of the lungs. Men breathe with their belly, i.e. lower lobe of the lungs. And women are breastfeeding, i.e. average share.

Nobody breathes the upper part. It turns out that we breathe in a third of the total volume. According to breathing, we receive the volume of prana.

In yoga there is a concept - complete yoga breathing, when all three lobes of the lungs are involved. In order to obtain it, there is a technique - three-stage pranayama, which develops the ability to breathe with the full volume of the lungs. Through training, after a while, proper breathing becomes natural. You can learn this technique in breathing courses.

But proper breathing is only part of the process of getting energy.

The amount of prana in the air is also important. Prana is the life energy given by nature. Therefore, prana is where there is nature - among trees, mountains, rivers. In cities where the landscape is not natural, there is very little prana. And it is practically absent in rooms without windows, air-conditioned rooms and basements. The exception is parks - pranic oases of cities. We, city dwellers, are encouraged to visit the countryside and parks more often. Ventilate apartments - more often use street air rather than conditioned air.

Notice where our enthusiasm is and what are our activities when we are not getting enough sleep? During sleep, we receive a portion of energy, which we then expend throughout the day. Sleep is an extremely important source, since the type of energy obtained with its help holds the elements of the nervous system in a bundle. A person can live without sleep for three to four days. Then the nervous system is destroyed, and this is a person's personality. In simple terms, a person goes crazy. The connections in the cerebral cortex are destroyed. The cause of the destruction is a lack of energy, which holds the elements of the nervous system in a ligament.

It is necessary to replenish the supply of energy through sleep competently, with knowledge of the laws by which it exists. The laws are simple. Sleep energy depends on the impact of the Sun and Moon on the Earth and all living things. The interaction of these celestial bodies acts in such a way that only the dark time of the day is possible for rest and gaining energy - the ideal is sleep from dusk to dawn. Have you noticed that with late awakening, lethargy, laziness, lack of enthusiasm and inertia of thinking persist? The person feels overwhelmed and dissatisfied. This happens because at dawn the sun begins to take away the energy accumulated during the night from the sleeping person. Waste is included.

How, in this case, to build a daily routine, taking into account city life? Less effective actions of the moon and sun can be identified and neglected. That is, the time of weakened lunar influence, when the benefits of sleep are not yet great. And the time of the weakened solar, when its action still does not burn the energy accumulated during the night in full force. Full moon action begins at 10 pm and ends at dawn. And solar activity increases from full dawn (about 6.00) to 9.00 am local time.

Thus, the effective sleep time is determined: from 22.00 to 6.00-8.00 in the morning (Moscow time).

This interval allows you to reach three favorable positions: to accumulate energy in the best period; in a good amount (8-10 hours of sleep) and keep within the social sphere. But it is not accurate either. If you decide to take the issue seriously, then you must take into account the seasonal transition, the difference between local (actual) time and the capital. Therefore, when determining the daily routine, it is easier to be guided by the current time of sunrise and sunset and your capabilities in the social sphere of life. The main thing is to understand the mechanism of accumulation of this type of energy and not to allow extremes, such as going off after midnight and getting up in the late morning hours.

Food

What do we know about food? We know that food is the building material of which we are made. And the building material should be healthy, lightweight and complete. But even at this stage, we are guided by only two indicators - taste and shelf life. In the east, they say: we are what we eat. And this is true. Eating an apple, we accept the building material that makes up this apple. Its energy. Its information structure. The apple becomes us, and we, accordingly, become it. We eat pork - the logical chain is the same. The topic of nutrition is extensive and requires separate consideration, so now we are dealing with only one aspect of it - energy.

What we do not know at all: food contains prana - energy in its pure form. Prana exists only in fresh foods. Most of all in cereals, nuts, fruits and vegetables. At the same time, there is much more prana in fruits growing on the surface than in root crops. In the process of preparation, prana is destroyed. Less for stewing and boiling, more for frying. The microwave oven destroys prana completely. There is no prana in canned food and frozen foods. How to determine the presence of prana in food? Prana is life. The life of a product is its natural freshness. And here it is important to understand that natural freshness is not a shelf life.

Yogi advice- it is necessary to eat only freshly prepared food, because 3-4 hours after cooking, the prana contained in the dish is destroyed. Therefore, it makes no sense to cook for future use, to which we are so accustomed. And of course there is no benefit from semi-finished products.

The second component of the energy of food is psychic energy - the connection of taste with a positive attitude of the mind. When we eat with pleasure, we experience joy and come to the very first source of energy. There are secrets in eating. Sometimes, having eaten to the full, we continue to look with our eyes on the table for something else tasty, have you noticed? This happens because a person is saturated not with the amount of food, but with prana and psychic energy. And for the feeling of satiety, we mistake the feeling of heaviness in the stomach - a built-in defense mechanism.

Have you noticed that people under severe stress eat a lot and gain weight? In this way, they try to compensate for the lack of energy that is generated from the negative attitude of the mind. Knowing that food intake is energy intake, you need to pay attention to taste, i.e. be aware of every bite eaten, its entire gustatory palette. To do this, you need to eat slowly and exclude TV, chatter and reading from the diet. Then you can get enough of a small amount of food.

The next aspect of nutrition and the source of energy is the psychic energy of the person who prepared the food, i.e. his emotions and thoughts at the time of preparation. What does it mean?

Please note that the most delicious food is food prepared with love. The mood of a woman preparing a meal is reflected in her taste. And the taste is on the psychic energy of those who eat food. How it works? All organic matter that we eat, as well as you and I, is 90% water. Water is not only a chemical substance, the basis, the foundation of the structure of organic substances. Due to its cluster structure of molecular bonds, water has the property of recording, storing and transmitting a huge amount of information in a small unit of volume. Information is recorded on water through sound and electromagnetic waves. Thus, water “hears” and “reads thoughts”. But the most important thing is that she remembers everything.

In ancient times, in order to cleanse food of bad information, special mantras or prayers were sung during cooking. They allowed not only to cleanse the food, but also to rebuild the women who cooked it in a blissful manner, who at the time of cooking with their mood made an undoubted contribution to the taste. They also sang or recited prayers before eating to drive away all the bad thoughts and conditions that the eaters brought to the table.

What can be done in our time?

First, you need to learn to cook with love. This is the most important thing in cooking. To love those for whom this food is intended. Love the foods you cook from. Love the cooking process itself. You need to cook in a blissful state, in a good mood and frame of mind.

Secondly, while cooking, you need to concentrate on food. Since food records our emotional state, it will remember the attitude towards it at the time of cooking. If you treat food indifferently, then it will respond with the same - indifferent taste. Thus, in order to prepare delicious and blissful food, it is necessary to distract from TV, telephone and household chores. And concentrate all attention on the cooking process.

Thirdly, during cooking, it is advisable to turn on quiet, calm, pacifying music. In this way, you will improve your mood (and this affects the taste) and cleanse products of unnecessary information. We are used to considering food as the only source of human life. Fortunately, this is not the case. Despite the fact that nutrition is not the main supplier of energy for life, it is the very first and most important aspect that forms a person not only at the physical level. Through a huge number of factors, nutrition influences the formation of our consciousness, and therefore personality.

Any personal growth begins with proper nutrition. We are what we eat. And if you ponder over this phrase, it takes on a new meaning.

From the school physics course it is known that any movement is caused by energy. But since the biological form of existence of matter differs from physical or chemical, then there is a special energy of life. People, as a biosocial phenomenon, endowed with mind and soul, should have an even more developed energy structure, known as human energy. What it is? Can you measure it? What happens if its level decreases? How to increase vitality? Can it be kept at a high level?

What is human energy?

Human energy is an invisible force that gives integrity to the body, breathes life. Thousands of antiquity treatises have been written about its nature, active philosophical reflections are being conducted, serious scientists pay attention. But a one hundred percent answer that would satisfy everyone has not yet been found. In any case, official science.

If you do not take into account the spiritual component, then the energy of a person is the set of all components that ensure the course of physiological processes, including higher nervous activity. In this understanding, vital energy is reduced to biochemistry and biophysics. We consume food that, when digested in the digestive organs, provides us with nutrients.

Once inside the cells, these compounds break down, releasing the necessary energy. Therefore, based solely on mechanistic views, it can be argued that the source of energy for life is exclusively food. But why then do people talk about "spiritual food"? Where to find her? What it is? Let's talk about subtle matters.

Human energy structure

The doctrine of the spiritual realms has its roots in Hinduism. His followers distinguish pranic, mental and body of consciousness. According to the concepts of Vedanta, the subtle bodies are called koshas. They consist of five levels: the body itself, the life force, the "receptacle of the mind", pure knowledge, the sheath of bliss. These were the first attempts to classify human energies.

Ancient philosophical and religious teachings were further developed in the writings of Helena Blavatsky, whose ideas were popularized by the writer Ani Besant. Through their efforts, the world learned about the seven bodies.:

  • Physical - consists of familiar matter;
  • Essential - it contains the energy of life;
  • Astral body - emotional sphere;
  • Mental body - a repository of thoughts;
  • Karmic (causal) body - the level of destiny;
  • Buddhic - human soul;
  • Atmic - spirit, the main goal of life.

Human energy permeates all areas of life. It passes through all of his bodies, originating from both poles. On the one hand, people draw vitality from the food they consume. On the other hand, the energy of life and mind comes from space, feeding the spiritual component of the personality.

The wrong way of life, negative emotions and actions destroy the subtle bodies, depleting the energy potential. This manifests itself in poor health, depression, failure, illness, suffering. The inner energy of a person depends on his mental and emotional mood, spiritual purity.

How to increase vitality?

You can get the missing kilojoules in several ways. Again, it is worth separating the "recharging" of the biological and etheric bodies. They are closely related, but the principles of operation are somewhat different. Where to get energy for the body? - From food. But what should you eat for a fulfilling life? - This is the second question. Not to mention feeding the etheric and subsequent bodies. So, let's talk about how you can strengthen a person's energy.

Proper nutrition

No matter what higher creatures people consider themselves, it is still necessary to eat. Health and life expectancy depend on the quality of food. The speed of assimilation also plays a role. The fastest energy suppliers are fruit and vegetable juices, buckwheat porridge, bananas, fruits, eggs, fish, chocolate, green tea. If we talk about replenishing the body's resources for a long period, then red meat, cottage cheese, legumes, seeds, nuts will help. The "heavier" the food, the more time and effort it takes to digest it. Many nutritionists recommend small and frequent "snacks" that keep the vital energy at the required level, but do not tire the digestive organs.

Healthy sleep

The biological body can wear out if it is misused. Physical problems are reflected at higher energy levels. During sleep, forces are restored, resources and energy necessary for activity are accumulated. Also, the time when we go to bed plays an important role. It is recommended to do this no later than 23.00. The average duration of healthy sleep is 8 hours.

Walks in the open air

Motor activity and oxygen have a beneficial effect on metabolic processes in the body, including the release of energy. The fact is that glucose is the main source of vital energy. It is able to break down in the presence of oxygen. The more it is in the tissues, the more active these processes are. In addition, in order for energy to enter the body, it is necessary to release it so that a new one can replace the old one. No wonder they talk about the cycle of everything in nature. So, walking or jogging in the park may take up some energy, but it will prepare a good "ground" for its renewal.

Meditation

Many spiritual practitioners use meditation to renew a person's vitality and energy. This method allows you to regulate mental activity, harmonize its emotional background. It consists in taking a comfortable posture, a complete detachment from sensory reality in favor of releasing your inner essence.

In the process of meditation, the personality is connected to the Information field of the Universe. His life energy is purified and renewed. These techniques have been widely used since the days of prehistoric civilizations. Such a long period of existence and popularity only confirms their effectiveness.

Breath control

Improper breathing is the first cause of energy loss. A person who does not know how to control his breathing is wasting his life reserves. In case of the slightest panic, breathing and heartbeat instantly increase. The body loses the kilojoules it needs. There is only one conclusion - if someone does not want to be sprayed in vain, he should master breathing techniques. It should be remembered that breathing is subject to our will. Accordingly, with practice, you can learn to control it.

Human energy is a symbiosis of his vital energy and spiritual component. Nourishment alone cannot fill it. In order not to leave your strength, you must equally take care of your body and spirit. Sleep and breathing serve as helpers in this, which allow avoiding unnecessary waste of human energy. A healthy lifestyle in combination with spiritual self-development will help you always stay in a good mood, be full of strength and enthusiasm.

Every person has psychic energyvitality, conditional name - Physis... This vital energy is a hidden force necessary for the successful life of people, for positive, optimistic and rational thinking, for motivation for success and achievement of goals, for creativity, creativity and creativity, for long-term activity and joy in life, a sense of happiness, as well as psychic energy " Physis "helps to resist stress, psychological and physical stress, strengthens the immune system, helping to resist illnesses, and, of course, vitality does not allow a person to fall into depression and apathy, helps a person to be always on top and in good shape, in harmony with himself, with others and the whole world - to be lucky and happy.

Those people who have an abundance of psychic energy may open up some superpowers: from banal super-intuition and extrasensory perception to the opening of the “third eye”, clairvoyance, telepathy and telekinesis ... ...)

Those who have little vitality, i.e. their psychic energy is spent in no where, those people, as a rule, are weak in spirit - cowardly, passive and pessimistic, they often fall into depression, they have a low tolerance for frustration ("breakdowns") and stress ...
Apathy and withdrawal, whining and complaints (self-pity), irritability and frequent mood swings, dissatisfaction with themselves and life are their "eternal" companions ... Their essence is losers ... and "favorite" phrases are more in the subjunctive mood: "here if "yes" if only "...

How to increase mental, vital energy, how to accumulate and maintain the strength of life "Physis"

Many people might ask the question: Is it possible to increase mental, vital energy, and how to accumulate or maintain vitality? Let's figure it out.

The source of vital energy is the entire human body: both physics and psyche, and each person, as the only and unique individual, has its own reserve of psychic energy and life force "Physis" by nature. And this reserve is quite enough to develop, achieve success and self-actualize, in accordance with your needs, desires and natural capabilities.

The problem of a lack of vital energy in a person, usually, not due to the fact that there is little of it in the body - as a rule, it is enough (except for some pathologies) - but due to the fact that each individual, due to his life program (scenario life), unconsciously spends his psychic strength and energy not for its intended purpose, namely, not for creation, but for destruction, including self-destruction.

The fact is that in the process of life, a lot of negative psychological, emotional energy accumulates - this is also a force, but aimed at destroying everything: your health, interpersonal relationships, and the world around you ... and your future ...

But negative energy can only accumulate when a person is not trained to complete life situations and work out negative emotions, i.e. he has an appropriate life scenario, psychotype and character accentuation, together with deep attitudes and stereotyped beliefs - initially, according to his own scenario programmed in childhood, a person becomes a failure, to one degree or another.

Therefore, having accumulated negatives, a person spends part (sometimes more) of his psychic energy on the struggle and opposition to this negative energy, i.e., in fact, on the struggle with himself. (intrapersonal conflict)

And in order to increase psychic energy and vitality, and preserve it for something useful, you need not to heat up a new one, but to release the existing one ... Which will look and feel like an increase in psychic strength and energy.

And for this you need to work out and remove - and not accumulate in the future - most of the negative, emotional energy.
For this, depending on the power of the accumulated negative, both trainings, for example, for relaxation and meditation, self-hypnosis techniques or positive affirmations, and, in more difficult cases, group or individual psychotherapy, for example, cognitive and psychoanalysis ... (transactional analysis) ...

And, of course, in addition to natural psychic energy, to increase vitality, and, possibly, to discover superpowers in oneself, it is possible, and even necessary, to accumulate and maintain positive emotions in oneself, instead of negatives ...

The human body is such a complex and unique creation that any metaphor with which you want to describe a person seems too simple.

But to try to understand how is accumulated and usedthe vital energy of a person, it is very roughly comparable to a rechargeable battery. Like a battery, it receives life energy from an external source, then either stores it in the form of fat and muscle, or uses it to satisfy its many needs.

Body metabolic processes or metabolism

Whether you're doing a crossword puzzle, chasing a bus, hammering a nail into a wall, or drinking a glass of water, it all takes the energy of life. This energy of a person initially arises somewhere outside the body, and then is used to solve the problems of the individual. At the same time, a considerable amount of "fuel" is required in order to maintain internal processes. Traditional medicine calls this form of human energy "metabolism" or "metabolic processes" as well.

The number of calories burned per unit of time required to maintain respiration, blood circulation, digestion and other vital functions of an organism at rest is called "basal metabolism".

This is where the resemblance to a rechargeable battery ends. After all, a battery does not need any electricity to remain a battery. The needs of your metabolism must be met, otherwise the body dies.

From the point of view of Ayurveda (a type of alternative medicine), all this is more than a simple combination of physical and chemical processes. Consciousness and awareness play an important role in determining how the body expends life energy, and especially where it draws it from. Ayurveda views consciousness and awareness as essential aspects of a person's very energy.

When you connect the battery to the mains for recharging, you have no questions about where the charge comes from. This energy, passing through the wires in the wall, enters the socket to which the battery is connected. The same can be said about you when, after a hearty meal, you feel that the fatigue has passed and you are again full of vitality. You can easily determine the source of this energy according to the law of causation.

Alternative to nutrition

But here, too, the analogy extends only to a certain point. For example, we would be surprised if we found out that the battery recharged itself. However, some animals, as well as humans, are able to go without food for a long time. A chameleon, lying on a stone under the sun's rays, can continue to exist, even if it does not find food, only due to the fact that its skin has absorbed a certain amount of solar energy. A frog sitting on a leaf of a water lily submerged in water literally "drinks" water with its skin and can be poisoned by contaminated water, even if it hasn't taken a single sip.

There is also a lot of information about people belonging to different religious traditions or in trouble who could go for months without what we call food.

But this wonderful process can work the other way too. Depressed patients are often unable to properly absorb the food they are offered in the hospital, despite the fact that its composition meets all the formal medical requirements for "good nutrition." Relatives who try to "illegally" smuggle food out of the home may be "wrong" from a traditional medical point of view. But here you can argue, since traditional medicine only studies the real needs of the human body.

Views on nutritional energy

If we clarify the views of Ayurveda on nutritional energy: what is meant by it, where it comes from and how best to use it.

According to Ayurveda, there is a source of energy that manifests itself in different ways - in the form of food, in the form of sunlight, in the form of ocean waters.

It is the source of life force, which stands not only behind all the events of the physical world, but also behind every thought, behind every emotion. Although modern science does not recognize the existence of this fundamental force, it is also known in Chinese medicine as Qi energy.

It is easier to understand what human life energy is by studying its action than trying to give it an exact definition. It cannot be measured in calories or watts. But you feel reality when you realize that you are truly alive, when your mind is clear, and your body is full of health and vitality. Ayurveda believes that human vital energy is the basis for proper metabolism, healthy eating ... and of course, something much more. She can fight if.

There is a common misconception: nutrition is something that is completely reduced to the function of eating.

Ayurveda teaches that a person's vital energy can be obtained in various ways. This goes a long way in everything related to weight control. After all, when the body receives nutritional energy not only from food, but also from other sources, the need for food decreases. Another way of saying this is that when you get life energy in other ways, you become less dependent on food.

Breathing is the main source of life

The concept of balanced breathing is practically unknown in traditional medicine, while Ayurveda considers breathing to be one of the most important functions of the body.

Breathing is the main essential source of life.

However, the nature of the respiration of a particular person influences other processes in the body, which in themselves are also a source of existence. Thoughts and emotions are directly related to the rhythm and depth of breathing, heart rate and release of hormones into the bloodstream. Moreover, it has been established that deep breathing in large quantities burns calories - this fact deserves attention even from the side of traditional medicine. Yet most people don't try to focus their attention on their breathing. They don’t realize that this is a great way to improve metabolism. Not to mention the fact that through conscious breathing you can get in touch with the life force itself.

It must be remembered that vital energy is not some physical substance that can be touched or examined under a microscope. You will not see her in a horse, or in a chair, or in a beautiful diamond.

The energy of life is present in every thought, in every feeling.

Nutrition awareness

People often say, “ Man does not live by bread alone". These words are understood as a recognition that nutrition also has a spiritual dimension. This dimension just needs to be realized. Your body needs vitality in both calories, proteins and carbohydrates. It is impossible to find true health without it.

What of all this can be used in everyday life? There are several non-food suggestions, but there is one related to food itself. We've discussed the importance of freshly prepared, delicious food on several occasions, but let me emphasize once again how important it is to eat it with attention and intention. The physical and organic properties of what you eat cannot be separated from how you eat it emotionally and spiritually. In our fast-food culture, the idea that eating can be a spiritual activity should be at least bewildered. But this is the kind of food that is recommended if you want to eat more than just physical food.

This is not difficult.

Just look closely at the food, inhale its aroma, taste it, being fully aware of the taste, and you will activate the life energy that is in you. And, most importantly for weight control, food awareness increases metabolic rate so much that eating can consume more energy than the food contains.

But at the same time, the vitality increases, since self-awareness and positive emotions affect not only the metabolic rate, but also the biological pathways along which the absorbed energy spreads.

An interesting case occurred during an experiment to study the effect of cholesterol on rabbits. To study the origins and development of cardiovascular disease, several groups of rabbits were given food to raise blood cholesterol levels. All rabbits were expected to develop hardening of the artery walls over time due to diet. But this did not happen with rabbits of one group. Although these rabbits received the same food as the others, their cardiovascular system remained unchanged. Scientists were perplexed until the reason was accidentally discovered. It turns out that the laboratory assistant, whose job was to feed this particular group, stroked and caressed the rabbits while they ate. Feelings of peace and satisfaction that the animals experienced while feeding helped them overcome the harmful factors of their diet.

So, the conclusion is clear - food is important, but even more important is your feelings and level of awareness while eating.

How to raise or restore vitality

How to raise or restore vitality in addition to food, you must use sources not related to food:

  • Realize the meaning of the air that surrounds you. We have already talked about the importance of controlled breathing and it can be emphasized that it is important not only how you breathe, but also how you breathe.

You can judge it yourself. Remember how the pine forest breathes and compare this atmosphere with the polluted air of city streets. In the forest, breathing automatically becomes deep and slow, while, getting into a "traffic jam" you instinctively begin to breathe shallowly and often. Of course, the physical qualities of breathing are reflected in the thoughts rushing through your brain.

To increase the amount of human vital energy that you draw from the environment, try to spend as much time as possible surrounded by green plants.

It is quite accessible to city dwellers. Decorate your apartment with all kinds of ornamental plants and do not forget to visit the city botanical garden often. Soon you will discover how beneficial it is to stay in nature for a long time.

  • Make contact with the ground. This call should be taken literally.

Try to touch the ground every day. Throughout its thousand-year history, people constantly walked on the ground with bare feet, and only recently have they been separated from the soil by a thick layer of asphalt and concrete. If you live in a place where you can walk barefoot on the ground, do so as often as possible. Even if you live in a big city, where you can only find a patch of unpaved land at a bus stop or under the windows of your house, do not forget, as soon as the opportunity presents itself, to bend down and touch the ground with your hand. Do not forget about the vital energy present in every piece of land. If you have the intention to feel it, you will feel it. Power is in every atom of the earth - it does not matter whether it is covered with thickets of grass or a layer of snow.

  • Feel the warmth of the sun. The sun is the first source of all life on Earth.

This truth has been realized by everyone who has ever seriously thought about such things. Born in the warm and bright rays of the sun, life was universally glorified in the rituals of ancient sun worshipers. Our respect for today's religions, or for the research of the alchemists of modern science, will by no means diminish if we recognize the truth lurking in the heart of ancient beliefs. Feeling the warmth of the sun's rays on your skin, you draw vitality from the most powerful source. But remember, fire, in whatever form it may appear to you, should be handled with caution - sunbathe in moderation.

And it is also important, necessary for life, without it life is impossible.

  • Look regularly at the sea, lake, river, or other large bodies of water nearby.

If possible, dip into the water, or at least dip your hands and feet in it. And if your contact with water was previously limited to contact with a stream flowing from a tap or shower, you will immediately feel how different this is from the uncontrolled, spontaneous flow of a river or the surf.

Experience the difference between denatured food from cheap restaurants and freshly prepared food, between the icy air of air conditioners and the freezing breath of a mountain breeze. You will begin to feel this difference more and more sharply as you learn to draw the life energy of a person from its sources - those sources that people once worshiped, but which are now often neglected.

Conclusion

And finally, let me formulate what you must have already realized: since life energy is the same everywhere, it, in general, also has sources.

The necessary food, the fog that rises from the oceans to rain down, the rain that falls on the earth to moisturize it, and the Sun, which gives its rays to fields and meadows, is a single system.

By coming into direct contact with the various links of this system, you imbue your entire being with life force. You can strengthen them in your body and increase love in your soul.

The modern world requires a lot of energy from a person. A person wants to be active, wants to do a lot. Lead the right lifestyle in order to be healthy. Learn languages, attend trainings to be more educated and erudite. Go to the gym to have a healthy body. All these activities require vital energy. Many experts talk about the importance of such components as healthy food, drinking plenty of water, deep breathing, and regular exercise. All this will ensure the availability of energy in the human body. However, in practice, it turns out quite the opposite. Including all the necessary ingredients, we get some kind of charge of energy, which subsequently hinders and causes inconvenience to us. For example, after an evening workout, we cannot fall asleep for a long time, since our nervous system is "awakened". Also, we do not know where to put this energy. The answer that energy is necessary for absolutely everything is not the best, since it does not contain specifics where it can be applied. So how much energy does a person need?

Human life energy

A person is chasing to get more from his body, more opportunities for “something”: to feel better, to make life more diverse, to improve his health, or “many do this”. Indeed, visiting fitness clubs and gyms has become a popular pastime among all classes of the population. And it's good that everyone strives to take care of their body and health. This article focuses on the "dark side of energy" and also emphasizes how important it is to understand what exactly we need life energy for.

Vitality recovery: how to be productive?

A person always wonders where he can get energy, how to increase his productivity. The answer is simple enough: find your favorite thing. When you do what you like, the energy will emerge by itself, from the depths of your body. Each person has a powerful reserve of vital energy, the very one from which the eyes light up, and the hands themselves ask to do it. This is the energy that makes us get out of bed early in the morning without regret or resentment towards the whole world. And the key to activate this energy is the goal.

How to restore vital energy?

It is not for nothing that they say that a person is able to turn the world upside down if he has a goal, there is something to strive for. When you have a goal, that is, the desire to accomplish something, to achieve a significant result, you have energy. To correct it, the practice of deep breathing, healthy eating, optimal sleep and regular physical activity are used. All this is needed to increase the level of tone and mobility of the body. These are the things that supplement the body's reserves, but are not the main source of its filling. The main source of internal filling of resources is the gradual realization of the goal.

A big goal is made up of small goals, the gradual achievement of which gives us the resource to move on. Energy, inner strength, is given to us to achieve the cause. Until you have a goal, nothing to spend your energy on, you will not be able to find this “inner fuse”. A high charge of energy needs an outlet.

Once the Indian sages noticed that a person is like a traveler with a teaspoon, standing near an endless ocean. A person can receive energy exactly as much as he has enough fuse to take with him in a teaspoon. From this wisdom follows a simple conclusion that we must understand why we need each teaspoon of energy, where we want to spend it. Otherwise, it's a waste of your time. If you have a desire to feel vigorous, full of energy in the morning, and you practice certain techniques to achieve this effect, but do not really understand why you are doing this, you are wasting your time, since you fill your inner reserve only partially. Self-care is a very good activity, but it is not something that will give an inner charge, the power that make a person a "superman".

Increasing strength for the sake of increasing it promotes trampling in one place. A taste for life appears when you have a goal and a clear understanding of how to achieve it.

When you have the urge to achieve what you want, you find an inner ascent. That powerful reserve is activated in your body, so when you take on something, you are surprised to find that you have the energy for it. Remember, this is very important, and this is how it works: first the goal, and then the energy.

Seeking energy first to achieve your goal is indefinitely postponing the realization of your dream. So you won't get anything, you won't get anything. To have strength, you need a purpose. With the help of the goal, you will always feel better, as it will be your inner flame, a ray of light, with the help of which you will never give up without a fight.

Many philosophers of antiquity, as well as modern approaches, talk about the case. Business and activity as a whole is labor that has transformed man from a monkey. It was the monkey, driven by the primitive goal of making such a tool to make it easier to get bananas on the highest branches, showing its ingenuity and ingenuity, gradually evolved. The monkey example might seem trivial. However, she was obsessed with her goal of getting bananas and followed the given task. So are the children. Setting goals for themselves, no matter how incredible or impossible they may seem, they strive to realize them, making efforts. Children don't know fear. They don't know social labels. They have a goal and a passion to achieve it. Be children in this regard. Without fear, doubt, but with a great store of knowledge and skills to make your dreams come true.
