Middle name Laysan Utyasheva. Biography of Laysan Utyasheva

To date, there are many celebrities whose biography does not go unnoticed. Among them, a gymnast should be singled out, who was able to win a variety of medals. This, of course, is Laysan Utyasheva. Nationality, height, weight - fans want to know absolutely everything about this girl. As the gymnast herself said, she is half Bashkir. But Tatar, Polish and Russian blood also flows in her veins. The height of the athlete is 167 cm. Weight - 50 kg. You can learn more about Laysan by reading the review.

The birth of a future champion

Laysan Utyasheva, whose biography is interesting to many fans, was born in the village of Raevsky, in the family of a librarian and historian. It happened in 1985. A little later, the family moved to live in Ufa. And in 1989 - to Volgograd. Laysan's father's parents lived there. At that time, the girl was only 4 years old. Her career as a gymnast began unexpectedly. Just during one of the trips to the store, the girl was noticed by the coach Nadezhda Alexandrovna Kasyanova. She drew attention to the girl, namely to her narrow hands and flexible fingers. Came to meet.

At first, the mother of the future gymnast was categorically against it. She did not want Laysan Utyasheva, whose biography today is quite full of various interesting facts, to become involved in rhythmic gymnastics. There were no athletes in the family. Yes, and the main thing she considered education with knowledge of languages. However, Laysan persuaded her mother to attend trial classes.

First training

They came into the hall. And when the girl, dressed in a sports uniform, stood in front, not embarrassed or afraid of anyone, Zulfiya (Laysan's mother) decided - let her daughter do gymnastics. And the girl fell in love with this sport from the first lessons. She even regretted that training sessions are rare - only twice a week. If it were her will, Laysan would attend classes every day. Mom thought that her daughter would eventually leave gymnastics. But the athlete was very serious. And at the age of 4 she already said that she could become a world champion.

Study was able to combine with sports

Studying in the third grade, Laysan Utyasheva, whose biography was replenished with sports achievements, received her first fee. She did not spend it on buying ice cream and sweets, but bought a gift for her mother - a bathrobe. Although many years have passed since then, my mother kept this surprise. He acted as an indicator of the achievements of his daughter.

It should also be noted that the mother set Laysan one condition, which her daughter coped with perfectly. It consisted in the fact that in order to continue classes, the girl had to study well. And the athlete managed to combine training with training.

First problems

Like all other beginner gymnasts, Utyasheva Laysan Albertovna suffered from pain in her legs. This was due to constant workloads. And my legs began to hurt especially badly at night. There were no masseurs in those days, but my mother did everything she could. She smeared her legs with ointment, rubbed them. And only thanks to this, the girl could get up in the morning and go to school. Zulfiya cried more than once at night, but she did not try to dissuade her daughter from classes, as she saw that she liked training.

Fees in Sweden

Utyasheva Laysan Albertovna held her first sports camp in Sweden in 1995. They lasted all summer. She returned from there already matured and with gifts. For dad, she brought a cheese cutter, and for mom - a wooden knife. Parents were initially surprised by such gifts. But then Laysan explained that she missed home very much. That's why I bought these items.

Difficult period of life

In 1997, the girl's mother was invited to work in the capital. She went to try her hand. The daughter was left in the care of the coach. And if at first Laysan liked the house, then she began to miss her parents. In addition, the young athlete was put on a strict diet, as the coach began to think that the girl was starting to get better. In the morning, the gymnast ate kiwi, a piece of chocolate with green tea. Naturally, for those who want to get rid of extra pounds, such a diet is suitable. But after all, the young athlete also had to train.

Due to the diet of Laysan Utyasheva, whose biography is interesting for a large number of events, she fell into a severe depression. She came home after classes and spent all the time in the room, she didn’t even communicate with anyone. In addition, improper training led to the fact that the girl began to have back pain.

One day the phone rang. It was the mother of Laysan Utyasheva. The girl used her last strength to get to the phone and answer. And then emotions took over - the athlete simply burst into tears. When Zulfiya found out what was happening, she immediately took her daughter to her place in Moscow. Six months without parents turned out to be very difficult for the girl. Her mother even began to think that everything was over with gymnastics.

Sports achivments

However, Laysan Utyasheva did not give up. She wanted Irina Viner to start training her. But it was not possible to immediately agree on training. Mom was against her daughter's training in a sports complex called Novogorsk. But Laysan began to train anyway, only under the guidance of Alla Yanina and two years later the gymnast received the title of master of sports. The performance of Laysan Utyasheva amazed absolutely everyone.

In 2000, the young gymnast took part in the memory tournament and was able to win silver. And a year later, Laysan managed to win the World Cup in six disciplines. It was in Berlin. In October 2001, the girl already received her gold in the team championship. The championship was held in Milan. After these achievements, she was awarded the title of master of sports of international class.

Severe leg injury

In 2002, Laysan Utyasheva, whose weight and height are of interest to many girls, began to train under the guidance of Irina Viner. Under her patronage, she was able to win several honorary awards. However, during the demonstration performances that took place in Samara in 2002, Laysan did not land very well on her left foot. After that, her performance was over.

After the examination, the doctor said that it was nothing to worry about, it was just a bruise. However, the pain did not go away even after a few weeks. Repeated pictures again showed nothing. There was even talk that the athlete did not want to compete and was simulating. In December 2002, Irina Viner helped Laysan undergo a comprehensive examination in Germany. And the results amazed everyone. It turns out that all this time the gymnast walked with a broken one. After that, it became clear why Laysan was constantly in pain. The conclusion sounded like a sentence. The bone is completely shattered and cannot be restored. They ordered to forget about big sport. The operation was denied. In addition, the doctors said that the gymnast would hardly be able to walk normally.

The coach could not find a place for herself. Laysan Utyasheva, whose gymnastics was in danger of being completed, was very worried. I was tormented by the fact that if such a procedure had been done earlier, such consequences could have been prevented. However, the doctors who were responsible for the health of the athletes did nothing. Everyone had a lot of emotions.

Laysan trained even on crutches

Irina Viner began to look for doctors who could cure the gymnast. Only two specialists responded: Sergey Arkhipov and The fractures turned out to be very severe, the bones healed poorly. On January 31, 2003, the operation was performed. It lasted six hours. Several more surgeries followed.

Laysan Utyasheva herself, whose height, weight and, in general, her entire biography as a whole, were of interest to numerous fans, was not going to give up. She tried to train even on crutches. Irina Viner supported her in everything. She even offered to move to a sports complex to train there.

Retirement from sports

There were a lot of difficulties, but the athlete was able to overcome them. Again, Laysan appeared on the carpet in 2004. Then she played for the national team. After that, the girl won major victories in tournaments that took place in Latvia and France. In 2006, Laysan decided to leave the sport. She was able to win almost all the medals, except for the Olympic. But the athlete decided that she could achieve everything she dreamed of.

Television career

When her career was completed, Laysan Utyasheva (the nationality, height, weight and biography of this athlete, however, did not become less interesting to the fans), she began to broadcast "Main Road" on NTV. She also hosted the morning broadcast on this channel. At the moment, she hosts a TV show called "Fitness with the Stars."

In 2007, the former athlete made her debut with a solo part in a ballet called Bolero. It happened in the theater "New Opera". In 2008, Laysan wrote the book Unbroken. In 2009, she performed in the dance show "Sign of Infinity". In 2010, Laysan appeared in the NTV Morning program. She got a rubric dedicated to gymnastics. On the Sport Plus channel, the athlete hosted the Personal Trainer program.

In 2012, the girl played a role in the series "Champions", and in 2014 she began to host the program "Dancing".

Personal life

Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva are people who are known to everyone. They are iconic figures on television. At first glance, it might seem that they did not intersect. And no one was able to think that the couple was dating. But in fact, they have already formalized their relationship. They are already husband and wife. Many are surprised by this fact. After all, Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva tried not to talk about their relationship. The wedding, or rather the news about it, struck absolutely everyone. No one even thought about it, since the paparazzi never even met them together.

Acquaintance, friendship, love

Their love story is not easy to describe. But it is not magical either. They met at a party. We met rarely and mostly for work. As a result, a friendship appeared, over time it grew into love. According to the athlete, she was always interested in communicating with Pavel. And in her busy schedule, she found time to meet with him.

They were having fun. Friendly communication always charged Laysan with positive. If you believe the athlete, then their meetings were rare, only once every six months. The work schedule was just very dense. Perhaps such meetings would continue in the future. But in 2012, a tragic event occurred - the mother of the athlete died.

The death of a loved one brought the couple together

This person was the closest thing to her in life. She trusted her, always looked for her support. But now my mother is gone. Laysan is still worried. No one expected such an event, since Zulfiya's health was always in order. And in the family of athletes, everyone was considered long-livers. Undoubtedly, the tragedy crippled the girl.

Of course she didn't break. She found the strength to move on. At first, Laysan did everything on autopilot. Then she flew to Moscow to try to find a new meaning in life. And at that moment, Paul was there. He tried to support the girl in a difficult situation, which the former athlete was very happy about. Pavel was able to win her trust by becoming a loved one. Passion, of course, did not flare up immediately. Love was born out of friendship.

modest wedding

Today, Laysan warmly recalls how Pavel looked after her when she was having a hard time. She admits that when her mother died, it became very difficult to breathe. But Paul was there. He was able to surround her with care, love. And the girl is grateful to him for the fact that he found an approach to her, rescued her from the depression in which she was. Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva formalized their relationship in 2012.

No grand ceremony took place. They just signed up. And there were no costumes as such, the couple was dressed in simple clothes. They didn't invite anyone. And the marriage itself was celebrated in a narrow circle, among the closest people. However, the girl does not regret anything. A limousine, a white dress, a chic bouquet - all this does not matter much to her.

Birth of a child

What other character traits does Laysan Utyasheva have? Children are everything to her. She loves them very much. The couple have a son named Robert. Parents do everything to make him grow up healthy. Laysan is a wonderful mother. Pavel helps her a lot in caring for the child. Naturally, the parents hired a nanny. However, close relatives will soon arrive, who will help the star couple in everything.

Despite the fact that Pavel Volya and Laysan Utyasheva are very busy, the second child is already in the plans. The presenter and the showman understand each other well. They are happy together. Laysan appreciates the support from Pavel. However, she tries to show wisdom, not bothering her husband with unnecessary suspicions and conjectures. Their relationship is built on trust. Maybe that's why their union is successful. Not everyone can boast of such achievements.

Naturally, Laysan Utyasheva pays all attention to her child. Children and family are very important to her. But she does not forget about work either. The former gymnast has signed contracts with several brands and channels. She never stops broadcasting. The schedule continues to be tight, like Pavel's. But they manage. In this they are helped by the fact that the work does not involve long business trips, moving and trips to cities. Accordingly, the child is not left without their parental attention.

Conclusion

Here she is, Laysan Utyasheva. Height, all, nationality, biography, personal life - everything is indicated in this article about the athlete. The girl had to face difficulties in life more than once. But she successfully overcame them. And for that, one can only admire her. In addition, the former gymnast is not going to stop there. She increasingly began to appear on television, delighting her fans. And who knows what the girl will do in the future. But one thing is known for sure: no matter what peak she takes, she can always achieve her goal. It is worth wishing success to Laysan in all her endeavors. She deserves only the best.

An examination of the injury did not reveal, and Utyasheva continued to compete, which only aggravated the situation. The athlete repeatedly complained of pain in her legs, but repeated examinations did not reveal anything, which gave ill-wishers reason to claim that Utyasheva was feigning an injury.

In December 2002, after the World Cup, Wiener contributed to a comprehensive examination of the gymnast's condition in a clinic in Germany. As a result of magnetic tomography, the diagnosis was made: multiple fractures of the navicular bone of one leg and divergence due to the constant transfer of the load of the bones of the foot of the other leg. There was a fear that the athlete would not only be forced to end her career, but would also not be able to walk. However, thanks to a successful operation performed by Russian surgeons, Laysan was able to return to sports. An excerpt characterizing Utyasheva, Laysan Albertovna

Natasha was apparently frightened by the thought that could come to Pierre.
"No, I know it's over," she said hastily. No, it can never be. I am tormented only by the evil that I did to him. Just tell him that I ask him to forgive, forgive, forgive me for everything ... - She shook all over and sat down on a chair.
A never-before-experienced feeling of pity overwhelmed Pierre's soul.
“I will tell him, I will tell him again,” said Pierre; - but ... I would like to know one thing ...
"What to know?" asked Natasha's gaze.
- I would like to know if you loved ... - Pierre did not know what to call Anatole and blushed at the thought of him - did you love this bad man?
“Don’t call him bad,” said Natasha. “But I don’t know anything…” She began to cry again.
And an even greater feeling of pity, tenderness and love swept over Pierre. He heard tears flowing under his glasses and hoped that they would not be noticed.
“Let's not talk anymore, my friend,” said Pierre.
So strange suddenly for Natasha this meek, gentle, sincere voice seemed.
- Let's not talk, my friend, I'll tell him everything; but I ask you one thing - consider me your friend, and if you need help, advice, you just need to pour out your soul to someone - not now, but when it will be clear in your soul - remember me. He took and kissed her hand. “I will be happy if I am able to ...” Pierre was embarrassed.
Don't talk to me like that, I'm not worth it! Natasha screamed and wanted to leave the room, but Pierre held her by the hand. He knew he needed something else to tell her. But when he said this, he was surprised at his own words.
“Stop, stop, your whole life is ahead of you,” he told her.
- For me? No! Everything is gone for me,” she said with shame and self-abasement.
- Everything is lost? he repeated. - If I were not me, but the most beautiful, smartest and best person in the world, and would be free, I would this minute on my knees ask for your hand and love.
Natasha, for the first time after many days, wept with tears of gratitude and tenderness, and looking at Pierre left the room.
Pierre, too, after her, almost ran out into the anteroom, holding back the tears of emotion and happiness that were crushing his throat, put on a fur coat without falling into the sleeves and got into the sleigh.
“Now where are you going?” asked the coachman.
"Where? Pierre asked himself. Where can you go now? Really in a club or guests? All people seemed so pathetic, so poor in comparison with the feeling of tenderness and love that he experienced; in comparison with that softened, grateful look with which she last looked at him through tears.
“Home,” said Pierre, despite ten degrees of frost, opening a bearskin coat on his wide, joyfully breathing chest.
It was cold and clear. Above the dirty, half-dark streets, above the black roofs stood a dark, starry sky. Pierre, only looking at the sky, did not feel the insulting baseness of everything earthly in comparison with the height at which his soul was. At the entrance to the Arbat Square, a huge expanse of starry dark sky opened up to Pierre's eyes. Almost in the middle of this sky above Prechistensky Boulevard, surrounded, sprinkled on all sides with stars, but differing from all in proximity to the earth, white light, and a long tail raised up, stood a huge bright comet of 1812, the same comet that foreshadowed as they said, all sorts of horrors and the end of the world. But in Pierre, this bright star with a long radiant tail did not arouse any terrible feeling. Opposite, Pierre joyfully, with eyes wet with tears, looked at this bright star, which, as if, having flown immeasurable spaces along a parabolic line with inexpressible speed, suddenly, like an arrow piercing the ground, slammed here into one place it had chosen, in the black sky, and stopped, vigorously lifting her tail up, shining and playing with her white light among countless other twinkling stars. It seemed to Pierre that this star fully corresponded to what was in his blossoming towards a new life, softened and encouraged soul.

From the end of 1811, increased armament and concentration of forces in Western Europe began, and in 1812 these forces - millions of people (including those who transported and fed the army) moved from West to East, to the borders of Russia, to which in exactly the same way since 1811 th year, the forces of Russia were drawn together. On June 12, the forces of Western Europe crossed the borders of Russia, and the war began, that is, an event contrary to human reason and all human nature took place. Millions of people have committed against each other such countless atrocities, deceptions, treason, theft, forgery and issuance of false banknotes, robberies, arson and murders, which for centuries will not be collected by the chronicle of all the courts of the world and which, in this period of time, people those who committed them were not looked upon as crimes.
What produced this extraordinary event? What were the reasons for it? Historians say with naive certainty that the causes of this event were the insult inflicted on the Duke of Oldenburg, non-compliance with the continental system, Napoleon's lust for power, Alexander's firmness, diplomats' mistakes, etc.
Consequently, it was only necessary for Metternich, Rumyantsev or Talleyrand, between the exit and the reception, to try hard and write a more ingenious piece of paper or Napoleon to write to Alexander: Monsieur mon frere, je consens a rendre le duche au duc d "Oldenbourg, [My lord brother, I agree return the duchy to the Duke of Oldenburg.] - and there would be no war.
It is clear that such was the case for contemporaries. It is clear that it seemed to Napoleon that the intrigues of England were the cause of the war (as he said this on the island of St. Helena); it is understandable that it seemed to the members of the English Chamber that Napoleon's lust for power was the cause of the war; that it seemed to the Prince of Oldenburg that the cause of the war was the violence committed against him; that it seemed to the merchants that the cause of the war was the continental system, which was ruining Europe, that it seemed to the old soldiers and generals that the main reason was the need to put them to work; to the legitimists of the time that it was necessary to restore les bons principes [good principles], and to the diplomats of the time that everything happened because the alliance of Russia with Austria in 1809 was not cleverly hidden from Napoleon and that a memorandum was awkwardly written for No. 178. It is clear that these and countless, infinite number of reasons, the number of which depends on the countless difference of points of view, seemed to contemporaries; but for us, the descendants, who contemplate in all its volume the enormity of the event that has taken place and delve into its simple and terrible meaning, these reasons seem insufficient. It is incomprehensible to us that millions of Christians killed and tortured each other, because Napoleon was power-hungry, Alexander was firm, the policy of England was cunning and the Duke of Oldenburg was offended. It is impossible to understand what connection these circumstances have with the very fact of murder and violence; why, due to the fact that the duke was offended, thousands of people from the other side of Europe killed and ruined the people of Smolensk and Moscow provinces and were killed by them.
For us, descendants, who are not historians, who are not carried away by the process of research and therefore contemplate the event with unobscured common sense, its causes appear in innumerable numbers. The more we delve into the search for causes, the more they are revealed to us, and any single reason or a whole series of reasons seems to us equally just in itself, and equally false in its insignificance in comparison with the enormity of the event, and equally false in its invalidity ( without the participation of all other coincident causes) to produce an accomplished event. The same reason as Napoleon's refusal to withdraw his troops beyond the Vistula and give back the Duchy of Oldenburg seems to us the desire or unwillingness of the first French corporal to enter the secondary service: for if he did not want to go to the service and would not want another, and the third , and a thousandth corporal and soldier, so much less people would be in Napoleon's army, and there could be no war.
If Napoleon had not been offended by the demand to retreat beyond the Vistula and had not ordered the troops to advance, there would have been no war; but if all the sergeants did not wish to enter the secondary service, there could also be no war. There could also be no war if there were no intrigues of England, and there would be no Prince of Oldenburg and a feeling of insult in Alexander, and there would be no autocratic power in Russia, and there would be no French revolution and the subsequent dictatorship and empire, and all that that produced the French Revolution, and so on. Without one of these reasons, nothing could have happened. Therefore, all these causes - billions of reasons - coincided in order to produce what was. And therefore, nothing was the exclusive cause of the event, and the event had to happen only because it had to happen. Millions of people, having renounced their human feelings and their minds, had to go to the East from the West and kill their own kind, just as several centuries ago, crowds of people went from East to West, killing their own kind.

Every parent wants their child to be happy. In our turbulent times, when fashion changes every season, new professions appear every year, it is very important to be healthy and flexible, both literally and figuratively. Endurance, hard work and resistance to stress are all important companions for each of us, which will help achieve our goals, regardless of the type of activity. Thinking about the future of our children, we really want them to live better, become more successful and happier.

I think that the most important thing we can do is lay the foundation for education and teach the right way of life. This is exactly what the mother of one of the famous gymnasts of our days, Laysan Utyasheva, argued.

Not a stellar childhood

In June 85, a miracle happened in the Utyashev family - a girl was born. She was named Laysan, which means affectionate in translation. In 1989, the parents moved with the baby to Volgograd, and it was there, drawing attention to the girl’s flexibility, that coach Nadezhda Kasyanova invited the girl to the rhythmic gymnastics section. Her mother always wanted the girl to practice and develop grace and plasticity, even thought of taking her to a ballet school, but it was rhythmic gymnastics that aroused Laysan's interest. After several trainings, the little athlete fell in love with gymnastics and promised her mother that she would become a world champion in this kind of sport. The first results were not long in coming: an even posture, a beautiful gait, a chiseled figure, confidence and self-control - these are the first awards of the gymnast.

Rapid takeoff

At 97, the Utyashev family moved to Moscow and there the girl was lucky to meet with outstanding coaches Oksana Skaldina and Alla Yanina, who helped to achieve the title of master of sports in just a couple of years, but this was only the beginning of a brilliant career. At the beginning of the 2000s, Laysan took silver at a tournament dedicated to Oksana Kostina, and a little later she became the absolute winner in all six disciplines at the World Cup in Berlin, and later she won the gold of the World Championship in Madrid in the team championship. After such stunning victories, Utyasheva was awarded the title of master of sports of international class. In 2002, the famous Irina Viner became the coach of the athlete, under whose leadership the treasury of Laysan awards was supplemented with the second place in the international gymnastics tournament held in Slovenia, victory in the unofficial world championship in France and victory in the youth games that took place in Moscow. At demonstration performances in Samara, the girl was injured, after which she took part in competitions for some time, but then, due to constant pain, she was forced to abandon the competition and undergo an operation. Despite a serious diagnosis and long treatment, the gymnast returned to training and proved to everyone more than once what she is capable of.

Is there life after sports?

In 2006, in agreement with the coach, Laysan decided to leave the big sport. During her career, she has earned over three hundred awards. After leaving rhythmic gymnastics, the girl did not part with the sport, but on the contrary, she decided to carry it to the masses and infect her compatriots with her example. Utyasheva became a television and radio host of sports programs, a commentator on competitions, and has repeatedly held sports events in different parts of the country. “Main Road”, “Fitness with the Stars”, “NTV in the Morning” - these are some of the successful projects in which Laysan realized herself. What can we say about the show "Dancing", in which she became the permanent host.

Above all, today she is a mother of two children, a caring wife and a successful woman.

The athlete notes that all the skills that she received over the years of training helped her achieve everything that she has now. There are things that cannot be forgotten, deleted from life. And yes, we shouldn't forget anything. Our past, whatever it may be, is sacred. If only because it taught us something.

Russian athlete, Honored Master of Sports in rhythmic gymnastics, pupil of the Honored Coach of Russia Alla Yanina, multiple winner of Russian and international competitions, world champion, six-time European champion, European champion in the team event (2002), winner of the World Cup 2001/02, winner of the Youth games of the CIS and Baltic countries in 2002. Born in the family of Albert and Zulfiya Utyashev, historian and librarian. Bashkir by nationality.

In 1989 the family moved to Volgograd. Parents intended to send Laysan to a ballet school, but quite by chance, in the queue at the store, the girl was noticed by gymnastics coach Nadezhda Kasyanova, noting the extraordinary flexibility of the joints.
