Paper jeep

Hello to all glue lovers! Today we offer a diagram of the simplest models for printing. paper jeep... The level of difficulty of gluing these paper typewriters is very low, so it will be interesting to glue them even for preschoolers.

The history of the appearance of "Jeeps"

The name "Jeep" appeared during the Second World War, as the American military vehicles Willys-MB and "Ford GPW" were called. The fact is that these cars fell into the category of "General Purpose" (general purpose) in abbreviated form - gi pi.

We glue a jeep out of paper

  • In order to glue the schemes of paper machines presented below, you will need to print them, and then cut and glue them.
  • It is better to print out the schemes of the typewriters on a color printer, then the crafts will turn out to be more beautiful. However, if you print the diagrams on a black and white printer, you can color them in with colored markers or pencils.
  • In order for the jeep model to be more durable, it is advisable to use thin cardboard or Whatman sheets, cut to size A-4 for printing.
  • To cut out the parts of the jeep, use a small nail scissors, with which you can carefully cut out all the small parts of the machine.
  • Use a ruler and non-writing pen to keep the curves of your paper model straight. To do this, attach a ruler to the bend line, draw along it with a slight pressure with a non-writing pen and bend the part.
  • Use regular PVA glue or dry glue stick to glue the jeep model. For better adhesion of the parts, press the surfaces to be glued together for 20-30 seconds.

A paper machine is one of the popular origami. In the Soviet past, many boys at school remembered by heart the scheme for assembling cars from a sheet (most often school notebooks). But over time, the schemes themselves were forgotten, and the current generation has other fun and entertainment. Somehow, at our leisure, we tried to remember and do a few things together with our son paper machines... We needed a pair of hands and a sheet of A4 paper. This craft can be successfully used for breathing exercises, and if a child actively participates in the process of assembling a machine from paper, then this will also be a good exercise for him to develop his fingers. So let's get started. Let's take a sheet of A4 paper.

A4 sheet of paper from which we will make our machine.

On one side, we bend at an angle of forty-five degrees, and unbend back. And we also do the other way, also straightening back.

As a result, we will get such folds on paper, which we will really need in the future.

We do the same on the other side of the sheet of paper. Making the same two folds.

Then, taking one of the sides (not fundamentally which one), grasping the edges of the sheet in the middle between the folds, we bring these two parts to the center as shown in the picture above.

We do the same action with the other side of the paper sheet. As a result, we got something resembling arrows in different directions.

And lower the edges of the "arrows"! You should get exactly the same as in the photo.

And now, having selected one of the sides of our blank, we will make the front part of our paper machines... To do this, bend one part of the arrow inward, following the example of a photograph.

And also bend the second part of the arrow.

We bend the resulting workpiece approximately in half, as shown in the photo.

And it remains to make the final touches. Bend the ends of the arrows so that we get the fenders of our car made of paper and bending the back part we make a spoiler for the paper machine. And we got a racing car.

At the end, taking markers or pencils, the child has complete freedom of imagination how to decorate the typewriter.

This machine can be used in breathing exercises. Blow on the car so that it moves and travels. Perform breathing exercises under the supervision of an adult, so as not to cause dizziness in the child!

The modern world is oversaturated with a variety of toys. And, despite this, computers, tablets and other gadgets are in the first place for children. But if you start a cycle of home crafts with them, then with a high probability the child will be happy to switch to a useful and interesting business - creating a toy with his own hands. In our article we will show you how to make a paper car. By using your tomboy, you will help him develop imagination, fine motor skills, teach him how to create crafts on his own.

Paper racing car

Such a racing car is not difficult to create using origami technique and one sheet of A4 paper:

  1. Fold the cooked sheet in half.

  2. Bend a corner on one side of the folded sheet so that it touches the vertical axis of the sheet. Spread back. Repeat the same with the opposite corner of the same side. Return everything to its original position.

  3. Turn the sheet over with the other side facing you. And repeat all the folds done already on this side. We will need the resulting lines when doing the work.

  4. On one side, place 2 fingers on the fold line and push towards the middle so that the edges join together.

  5. Repeat the previous step with the other side, squeezing the edges along the fold lines. You should get a double-sided multi-layer arrow.

  6. Raise the “wings” of the arrows slightly. Bend the side border of the workpiece to the center, first on the right, and then on the left.

  7. Spread the previously lifted "wings" parallel to the surface.

  8. From one side (your choice), start doing in front of the future toy car. To do this, wrap the upper "wings" inward, and bend the opposite part of the sheet with an arrow.

  9. Bend the resulting figure in half, following the photo.

  10. Tuck one of the arrows into the other, carefully inserting the corners and protruding sides. You get a finished car without a few touches.

  11. A mandatory element of a sports car is the fenders, which will be obtained after you bend the ends of the arrows. And lifting up about 2 cm of the rear, make the necessary spoiler. Now color the craft as you see fit and go ahead and play!

Advice! Try breathing exercises with a paper typewriter. Ask your child to blow on the craft and make it move. Just do not leave the child alone to do the exercises, the presence of adults is mandatory.

Making crafts is a great pleasure for children. You can do anything, for example a bulky paper machine. The big plus of working with this material is its safety. That is why, as a rule, the acquaintance of children with creativity begins with paper.

Paperwork can be very interesting and varied. You can make beautiful cars that little racers will definitely like. At the same time, there can be a lot of options for making such a craft.

One of the most demanded directions is origami. This technique is suitable for the manufacture of any product, while it is not at all necessary to immediately tackle complex models. A paper machine can be made in many other ways.

Important! The main thing that parents should consider is the age and abilities of the child.

You should not immediately offer options with many details and demand the perfect job from the kid.

You always need to start small. So gradually the child will learn how to handle paper, glue and other stationery. Making paper crafts develops the child's creative skills, the child becomes more independent and proactive.

Needlework for boys is a rather difficult task, since parents have to choose a suitable topic for a long time. If girls can make flowers, animals, dolls, etc. with pleasure, then boys will quickly get bored of such work.

But, if you offer a kid to make a beautiful car with his own hands, and maybe a whole fleet of vehicles, he will definitely agree.

Toilet paper racing car

For manufacturing, you need not the paper itself, but only from it.

Craftsmen do not recommend throwing out such cardboard cylinders, as they will be useful for working on various products, including for the most beautiful decor of the walls of the house.

Toilet paper car

In addition, you need to stock up on white and black cardboard, colored paper, felt-tip pens, glue and pushpins. You can also use paints.

The cylinder will be the base of the machine. To do this, you need to prepare it. If the bushing is in good condition, it can be simply painted over. The cylinder can be made with your own hands from cardboard, in which case you will have to additionally paste over it with colored paper.

Next, you need to make wheels from black and white cardboard. The circles should be the same size. Whites acting as discs should be smaller than blacks. Having prepared 4 wheels, you need to carefully glue them onto a cardboard cylinder.

After that, you can deal with the front of the car. To do this, cut out a triangle that is glued to the end of the sleeve.

Here you can glue 2 circles of yellow paper: this will give the car headlights. Use a felt-tip pen to draw a radiator grill. In the back, glue 2 red circles that will be brake lights.

DIY paper racing cars

To do this, you need to cut out a semicircle, which will become the windshield, and make a hole in the center of the sleeve where the driver will sit. You can put a little toy man or a Lego figure in the car.

Step-by-step example of creating a paper machine

On a note! Such cars are prepared very simply, but they turn out to be interesting and bright.

If you wish, you can make several such cars with your baby, and then arrange races.

Machine with carton trailer

This version of the craft is also considered very simple. Only the most accessible materials and a little time are needed here.

As a result, you will get an interesting craft that the kid will be interested in playing with. It is worth noting that according to this scheme, not only a car, but also a train can be made.

For work, you will need colored paper, corrugated cardboard, which can be taken from any box, scissors, glue, a bolt with nuts and a rope with an awl. According to this set, it should be clear to the parent that the child cannot work on this craft on his own and will need supervision from adults.

For work you will need colored paper, corrugated cardboard

As for how to make a car out of paper, first you need cardboard. Draw on it the body of the car and the trailer. 6 identical wheels are also cut from corrugated cardboard.

In this case, the child, most likely, cannot do without the help of adults, since it is difficult to cut thick cardboard.

Unfolded paper machine diagram

After the blanks are completed, you can paste over them with colored paper or paint them with paints. Car windows are cut out of colored paper, headlights and brake lights are made. Do not forget about the trailer: it will have 2 wheels, and given that the craft will be two-sided, both sides of the cardboard should be carefully processed. Moreover, you need to ensure that everything is the same on each side.

Next, the complex work of assembling the parts begins. Here a child cannot do without the help of adults. First you need to make 2 holes with an awl in the bottom of the machine and 1 in the trailer. In the center of each wheel, you also need to make a hole.

Now all the wheels are attached to the body and the trailer with bolts and nuts. Here you can let the child work on his own and even provide the appropriate tools for this. It will be not only interesting for the kid, but also useful.

Lastly, the vehicle is connected to the trailer. To do this, you need to make 2 holes with an awl, and then tie the elements with a thread.

Three-dimensional machine according to the scheme

Such options for crafts are more complex. A child who knows how to handle scissors and glue will cope with the work.

In general, the whole process is to find a paper machine, that is, templates for printing, cut them out and carefully glue them. But the result will be very interesting. Such cars can keep the kid busy for a long time.

Detailed diagram of a paper machine

The easiest way to make a three-dimensional car is to use ready-made drawings. These are the optimal models, where all parameters are checked, and the kid only has to cut and glue a three-dimensional machine.

If the parents have enough artistic skill, plus they have skills in drawing, you can create your own model. It will be a unique car, but the manufacturing principle will remain the same.

Expanded paper fiat diagram

To create a three-dimensional typewriter, ready-made paper cutter templates are printed, then glued onto thin cardboard and cut out. If possible, you can immediately print the blank on thick paper or whatman paper.

Detailed diagram of a delorean made of paper

On a note! In such models, white corners must be present.

These are valves for gluing parts. After the base is folded along the lines indicated in the diagram, glue should be applied to the white areas. Then everything is carefully glued together. You have to spend some time, but the result will be a beautiful volumetric model.

Origami paper machine

This option is considered the most difficult. Origami is a whole art to which many devote a lot of time to hone their skills. To become a master in this business, you need to be patient and have a few sheets of paper. Don't worry if it doesn't work the first time.

Important! Experts in the field of origami art recommend first learning how to fold a sheet of paper evenly.

After your hands acquire at least a little experience, you can proceed to making products. It should be noted that an origami machine is considered a rather complex craft. Therefore, for a start, you can complete simpler elements with your child.

For example, the well-known airplane will be an excellent workout for children's fingers. This will give a good start and teach the child to bend and unbend the parts correctly. Experts assure that the final result depends on how smooth the fold is. If you make a mistake in one place, then the whole product will come out crooked.

The origami technique is considered quite difficult, so parents should not leave the child alone with this work. Although scissors and even glue will not be useful here, the help of adults will definitely be needed. For example, he will need to explain the sequence of the diagram. After the child makes the typewriter once with adults, he will be able to repeat it on his own.

To make a car using the origami technique, you only need one sheet of paper. If it's A4, you need to use scissors to turn the sheet into a square.

Paper racing car

The first step is to fold the sheet in half, and then again in half. Next, you should open the paper. The folds will show that the middle is marked here and each side is divided into 2 equal parts.

Now you need to take the bottom edge and fold it in half, that is, bring it to the center of the sheet. The corners from the central point are bent down. They will become the wheels of a vehicle in the future.

Origami version of banknotes

The upper part of the sheet is folded forward to the middle. After that, more than half is bent away from it in the opposite direction. Continuing to work with the same part, bend part of the sheet diagonally from the center. The workpiece can now be turned over. It will already look like a typewriter. Here you can see the wheels and there is a body, which turned out in a hatchback version. At this stage, you can paint the car, draw windows, headlights, etc.

In the origami technique, you can make more complex products. But for novice craftsmen, and especially in childhood, such a car will be the most suitable option to try your hand. Having trained your hand, you can move on to more laborious crafts, including trucks.

Making crafts with children always gives positive results. The motor skills of the hands and fingers, the eye, orientation in space, the ability to use scissors, the strength of the hands and fingers, creativity and imagination are developed. Children repeat the features of cars, find out what parts they consist of. All this develops the thinking of kids.

Working together with parents also has its positive side. The child's speech, the ability to distribute responsibilities, and take initiative develops. If parents decide to do needlework at home with the boy, then they will not find a better pastime than making a paper machine with their own hands. Let's imagine several variants of cars made from paper and cardboard.

Racing car

The following materials will be needed: a cardboard cylinder (left over after using toilet paper), black and white cardboard, scissors, white and colored paper, a felt-tip pen, pins, PVA glue.

First you need to take a cylinder and glue it over with colored paper. We cut out 4 black circles and 4 smaller white circles for future wheels under the stencil. If you want to avoid holes in the front and back, then you need to circle the round part of the cylinder on a sheet of any colored paper. Next, you need to cut out a larger circle, cut the excess in the form of triangles, on which glue is subsequently applied. Then everything is glued to the end of the cylinder. Before gluing the circles on the front and back of the cylinder, you need to glue or paint the headlights, radiator grill or rear stop lamps.

Then it remains to put together all the parts of the machine from paper with your own hands. For the driver, cut a hole with scissors. The wheels in the center should be punctured with a button and bent inside. At the end of the work, you need to draw decorations on colored paper. For example, a number or stripes along the sides, because the created car is a racing one.

Locomotive

The next option for making a paper machine with your own hands will be a toy steam locomotive. It has two main parts: the driver's cabin and the trailer. To get started, you need to prepare scissors, PVA glue, corrugated packaging cardboard, colored paper, bolts with nuts, a rope and an awl.

On cardboard you need to draw the shape of a steam locomotive and a trailer and 8 identical circles for wheels. Having carefully cut out the parts, glue them over with colored paper. The application should be detailed: a pipe, a driver's window, headlights, wheels, you can also glue square windows on the trailer.

At the end, the parts are assembled. It will be interesting for the boy to work with real tools: with an awl to pierce the holes for the wheels and the rope, tighten the bolts and nuts, tie the trailer to the composition with a rope. Before doing paper with his own hands, dad must explain the safety precautions of using scissors, an awl. The locomotive assembled in this way will roll, and it will be more interesting for the boy to play with it.

Machine according to the scheme

An interesting option would be to independently make a paper machine with your own hands according to diagrams. Models of real cars can be purchased in the store, or you can draw your own version of the model by example. Using the sample, draw all the details in 3D projection. Next, scissors are carefully cut along the contour and the edges of all parts are bent. Glue is applied to the triangular corners, and the machine is assembled.

It should be noted that the wheels will not spin. This version of the craft is suitable for school-age children, as it requires complex preparatory work. Preschool kids can be offered a simpler purchased version of a typed typewriter. They just have to cut along the contour and glue the edges.

Origami machine

This is the most difficult of the proposed options. How to make an origami machine out of paper with your own hands is shown in the diagram. First you need to have some experience in folding sheets. You need to start with a boat or an airplane, and then move on to a typewriter. The only requirement that needs to be observed with the origami technique is to carefully and evenly bend the parts by sliding your finger along the edge of the fold on the table.

The smoother the fold, the neater the final result looks. For the first time, work must be done under the guidance of an adult. These can be kindergarten teachers, elementary school teachers, or parents. Subsequently, understanding how to use the schematic instructions, the child will be able to make a machine out of paper with his own hands. After the craft is completely ready, you can paint it, adding details.
