I am sharing a recipe for youth and beauty. Folk recipes for preserving beauty and youth. Anti-dandruff mask with aloe and orange juice

Simple and accessible to every woman folk remedies for prolonging the youthfulness of facial skin will replace expensive beauty salon procedures. Regular massage, proper diet and positive emotions will rejuvenate your facial skin without surgery.

Every age has its own charm, but no self-respecting lady wants to lose her fresh face by turning into an old woman in advance. A woman who has already turned 30 begins to notice minor changes in her appearance. Along with the acquisition of smooth movements and special sophistication, barely noticeable wrinkles inexorably appear on the face, which over time become deep grooves.

Why does facial skin age?

Skin is a kind of indicator reflecting the harmony of a woman’s external and internal world. Any imbalance of these indicators immediately appears on her face.

The main enemy of any woman is negative emotions. It’s not for nothing that people portray Baba Yaga as an angry, wrinkled old woman with a gray complexion and papillomas. Feelings of dissatisfaction, guilt and envy, dissatisfaction with one's appearance, quality of life or relationships - destroy from the inside.

All these experiences affect the condition of the skin and overall well-being. Therefore, before you start rejuvenating your face and the whole body, get rid of the negativity and love yourself.

Folk remedies for long-term facial skin rejuvenation

Cosmetics, in terms of quality and effect, are in many ways inferior to natural skin care products. This is due to the composition of cosmetics, which includes ingredients that promote long-term storage. Of course, using ready-made products mass-produced by specialized beauty companies is easy and convenient, but even long-term use of them rarely gives the expected results.

Natural components in inexpensive cosmetics are often replaced with synthetic ones, which injure the skin, clog pores, cause a greenhouse effect and, most importantly, accumulate in the body. Even expensive cosmetics will not surpass the quality of an ordinary homemade mask, cream or scrub made from natural products.

Women who have managed to choose the right cosmetics for their face will benefit from giving their skin a “vitamin boom” in the form of homemade masks made from natural ingredients. Young ladies who are still in search of magical cosmetic products can discover the world of folk remedies for prolonging youthful skin.

Some tips for choosing ingredients and making homemade cosmetics:

  • The constant principles of facial skin care (cleansing, toning, moisturizing and nourishing) should also be present in home procedures
  • For the manufacture of any products, only purified (melt or mineral non-carbonated) water is used, or, in extreme cases, boiled water
  • All ingredients in home remedies should be fresh and organic. In the absence of any of the components, it is advisable to purchase it at the market - from grandmothers who sell vegetables and fruits grown with their own hands. Overseas products should be selected carefully, preferably from trusted sellers
  • Girls prone to allergies should check the reaction on the skin of any component present in the folk remedy
  • Do not prepare facial care mixtures in aluminum containers

Any woman spends many hours maintaining her beauty. However, over time, youth fades, and all bad habits and negative emotional states begin to reflect on appearance. Sometimes you just don’t want to look at yourself in the mirror: swelling appears under your eyes, and your complexion becomes dull and lifeless. Folk beauty remedies come to the rescue. Herbal infusions and various oils can maintain health, restore beauty and protect from the negative influence of the environment.

Tibetan recipes for youth

Many Tibetan recipes for youth restore lost strength and increase health. They offer various infusions that you can prepare yourself at home. To do this, take 10 lemons and squeeze the juice out of them manually or using a meat grinder. Then find 10 heads of garlic in the bins and finely chop them. The next step is to add honey. For 10 lemons and 10 heads of garlic you will need 1 kg of honey. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and take the resulting balm 3 times a day, 1 teaspoon before meals.

There is another Tibetan recipe for healing that strengthens the immune system and removes toxins from the body. To prepare it, a mixture of herbs is taken - St. John's wort, chamomile, immortelle and birch buds. Next, a large amount of boiling water is added to the pan with herbs. You need to wait for the composition to brew for 20 minutes. After this, strain the infusion and add a teaspoon of natural honey. Take the infusion every day before meals and you will notice positive results.

Beauty secrets are based on ancient care techniques. In order for your facial skin to remain attractive at any age, you need to pay close attention to the gifts of nature. Expensive creams will not help restore attractiveness, but will only hurt your wallet.

  • Fermented milk products cleanse the skin well. If you wipe your face daily with a tampon soaked in kefir, your face will look fresh.
  • An infusion of nettles with the addition of a tablespoon of vodka is an excellent skin toner and is used as a lotion.

  • A mask made from chopped banana and a teaspoon of sour cream helps prevent the appearance of wrinkles.
  • A mask made from buckwheat flour diluted in milk nourishes and soothes the skin. When this mixture is applied to the skin, a light massage is performed.
  • How to keep your skin youthful without makeup

    There are many ways to stop aging and fill your facial skin with vital energy. One of the most effective remedies is sesame seed oil. You will achieve a strong effect if you rub the oil into your skin after a bath or shower. Then the skin is most susceptible to the effects.

    When you wake up in the morning, try to wash your face not with ordinary tap water, but use purified water for this. In addition, it is good if the water is very cold. You can replace this procedure and prepare ice cubes in advance. It is worth applying them to your face every day and repeating the massage movements.

    Another piece of advice for women is to experience fewer negative emotions. Anger and fits of rage are reflected in appearance. Blood enters the face, which can result in allergic reactions.

    Folk remedies are a good way to stay beautiful and please men. However, you need to change your lifestyle. Bad habits and caffeine constantly cause the skin to experience stress. In modern life there is a large abundance of methods to restore beauty, do not forget to press the buttons and

Facial care

Facial skin types

Facial skin can be normal, dry, oily and combination. Skin condition is an indicator of human health. The skin is a mirror of the body, check if everything is in order. Go to a gastroenterologist, endocrinologist, get tested and, if necessary, start treatment.

Normal skin evenly colored, smooth, elastic, clean, without wrinkles and cosmetic imperfections: pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, enlarged pores. The skin tolerates normal care products well. After 30, the skin gradually begins to deviate from the norm, and its resistance to sudden temperature fluctuations decreases. Therefore, even normal facial skin requires cosmetic care.

Dry skin always thin, delicate, smooth and matte. It is extremely sensitive to external influences and irritants - cold and hot water, various types of soap. After washing, spots, peeling, and a feeling of tightness appear on the face. Dry skin is explained by the activity of the sebaceous glands and intense evaporation of moisture from its surface. Dry skin needs serious care from the age of 30.

Oily skin looks thick, rough and shiny. Sebum, released in excess, forms plugs in the openings of the sebaceous glands. Acne appears and periodically becomes inflamed. Skin is at its most oily at a young age and can remain this way for up to 35-40 years. Oily skin requires special long-term care, appropriate treatment and adherence to a certain diet.

Combination skin (mixed type) differs in that its individual areas on the face can be classified as dry or oily skin. It is very rare that all three previously mentioned skin types can fit on one face. The forehead, nose, and chin most often belong to the oily skin type, and the cheeks to normal or dry skin. And although combination skin is in most cases associated with age-related changes, it also needs care.

Problem skin- These are the individual characteristics of each person.

Maintaining good condition of any skin type depends on many factors. First of all, this is the emotional state, the mood of a person. Cheerful and cheerful increases blood circulation, which, in turn, promotes the activity of the skin. In a state of sadness and melancholy, the activity of the nervous system is inhibited. The skin becomes pale, dry, and begins to peel.

It should be remembered that alcohol and smoking are harmful not only to general health, but also to the skin of the face. In drinkers, it is sluggish, with greatly enlarged pores on the nose and cheeks. Smokers have pale, gray skin that is easily irritated and inflamed.

General principles of facial skin care

Skin is the outer shell of the body that protects the body from various adverse physical, chemical and biological irritants. The skin takes a significant part in the formation of the body's protective antibodies. The skin maintains a constant body temperature. Waste and harmful substances are removed from the body through the skin.

The skin is a mirror that reflects the state of the entire body. Therefore, taking care of the health of the body is primarily taking care of the condition of the skin. We can say that the skin has two faces: one facing outward, towards the environment, and the other inward, towards the body.

Main signs of beautiful skin

– The skin should be thin, soft and smooth. The skin tissue should be elastic, without visible pores.

– The skin should have a pinkish color and be elastic.

– The skin should have a good natural color, have the same color.

– There should be no spots on the skin (indicating the presence of any disease).

– The activity of the sebaceous glands should ensure normal fat content.

– The surface of the skin should not peel off and leave stains on the blotting paper.

– There should be no visible excess fat, blackheads or whiteheads on the areas of the nose, forehead and chin.

– Normal skin should be without visible sweat.

Internal factors of skin damage

Internal factors primarily include nutrition and the state of the body’s digestive system. Proper balanced nutrition is the key to good skin condition and ideal skin.

The basic food requirements in terms of skin beauty needs are as follows:

– Food should be taken 3-4 times a day at precisely defined times.

– You should not eat protein-rich foods (meat, eggs, beans, lentils) at night.

– The skin does not like spicy foods with hot seasonings (black and red pepper, horseradish, mustard).

– The skin does not like alcohol and coffee.

– The skin loves vitamins that the body receives from food or when taking pharmacological medications. The skin needs vitamins: A, groups B, C, D, E and K.

The main role in caring for the skin and maintaining it in good condition belongs to proper nutrition. The functioning of the digestive system can leave quite noticeable marks on your face. Food should be as varied as possible. For good skin condition, you need fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and mineral salts. You should not abuse spicy and fatty foods.

An increase in body weight leads to increased sebum production, especially on the face. You can use the nutritional recommendations for two weeks to maintain a normal body weight.

A balanced figure gives a wonderful look to your face.

External factors of skin damage

– Mechanical friction leading to calluses.

– Chemicals (acids, salts, alkalis) that can cause inflammatory skin reactions.

– Thermal impact.

– Radiant energy.

– Microbes, fungi, yeast.

– Dry air.

– Bad habits (alcohol, smoking).

Skin aging

Carefully monitor the condition of all organs of your body.

– Avoid excessive sun exposure.

– Famous physiologist I.I. Mechnikov considered one of the most important causes of aging of the body to be toxins produced in the human intestines. He recommended neutralizing their effects by consuming fermented milk products.

– According to many esotericists, swimming in open water is a source of youth.

– Do not overuse whitening and exfoliating cosmetics, which prematurely age the skin.

– At least eight hours of sleep is the key to female beauty.

– Avoid alcohol solutions and colognes, which dry out and age your face.

Skin at 16-25 years old

In the period of 16-25 years, it is enough to take care of the skin with nourishing and moisturizing masks and creams that are suitable for the skin type, and use gentle exfoliants once or twice a week.

After 20 years, you can use light creams and gels for the eyelids.

Skin from 25 to 40 years

There are two types of skin aging: fine-wrinkle and deformation. The finely wrinkled type is characterized by many wrinkles throughout the face, the oval of the face is still clear. The deformation type is typical for obese women. In this case, there may be few wrinkles on the face, and the contours of the face become blurry.

During this period, it is appropriate to use anti-wrinkle products, special day and night creams in accordance with your skin type.

Such creams may include: seaweed extracts, various oils (grape seed oil, peach oil), vitamins (vitamin E), creatine, ectoine, hydrovanse, betaine, amino acid complex, liposomes with hyaluronic acid.

You can use soft, delicate, fine-grained scrubs, creams and masks containing AHA acids (fruit acids), which ensure uniform exfoliation of dead cells, which promotes skin rejuvenation, stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin, and accelerates the appearance of new young cells.

Skin from 40 to 50 years

The epidermis becomes thinner, the sebaceous glands atrophy. Age makes itself felt - crow's feet in the corners of the eyes, wrinkles in those areas where there are several factors predisposing to aging.

Crow's feet appear around the eyes because the skin is three times thinner than on other parts of the face, there are almost no or few sebaceous glands, which means the skin does not protect itself from harmful environmental factors.

Hormones also make themselves felt - hair appears on the upper lip, disorders occur that lead to the appearance of spider veins.

Skin after 40 years is more difficult to tolerate stress, polluted air, and ultraviolet radiation. Skin care in adulthood should be carried out using cosmetics that increase skin activity and have a tightening effect.

Skin after 50 years

External skin changes:

– bags under the eyes;

– the forehead becomes covered with wrinkles;

– wrinkles run between the eyebrows, the corners of the lips droop;

– wrinkles under the eyes;

– drooping of the upper eyelid occurs;

– hair grows above the lip;

– the skin sags, the oval of the face changes. If you take proper care of your skin and exercise, this will keep your skin in good condition.

Creams must be appropriate, containing substances such as: liposomes with rutin, avocado oil, white tea leaf extract, vitamin E, jojoba oil, hydrovanse, allantoin, D-panthenol, liposomes with amino acids, vitamins A and other substances.

Apply the mixture thickly to the skin of the face and neck with a cotton swab. After 25 minutes, wash your face first with warm and then cool water.

Wraps for oily skin

During the wrap, we are talking about ensuring that the skin “pulls out” the substances it needs from all the “packed” fats, herbs and fruits. There are two types of wraps:

1) cream based;

2) based on powder.

An important rule: first you need to make a mask to improve blood circulation, and then, before applying cosmetics, soothing wraps.

Healing mud wrap. The mud applied in a thin layer dries quickly and tightens the skin on the face. Applied in a thick layer or in combination with a few drops of Vaseline oil, it does not lead to evaporation of water and tightening of the facial skin.

To make the skin taut, apply a thin layer of mud and leave it on for no more than 15 minutes. For clogged pores, pimples or blackheads, apply a thick layer of therapeutic mud and leave it on for 20 minutes. Usually dirt is dissolved in hot water, so you need to take a porcelain vessel rather than a glass one.

The area around the eyes is left free. To prevent the dirt from drying out quickly, you can cover your face with a wet cloth. It is ideal to do the wrap while taking a bath. It is best to remove the mass with a soft sponge, but you can also use small compress cloths or damp cotton swabs.

Mud wrap is used 1-2 times a week for normal and combination skin and 2-3 times a week for oily skin.

Astringent herbal wrap. Mix 1 teaspoon of finely ground horsetail and the same amount of medicinal mud with hot water. Apply the prepared mixture while warm to the skin. After 15 minutes, rinse with warm water. Finally, apply two cold compresses.

Herbal wrap to weaken the activity of the sebaceous glands. Take 1 teaspoon of finely chopped pansies, the same amount of horsetail and chamomile. To release the necessary substances from the herbs, the mixture is prepared in hot water and applied to the skin while warm. After 15 minutes, the wrap is softened with warm compresses and then removed with warm water. Finally, wash with cold water.

Cucumber wrap. Cucumber peel wrap is rich in vitamins and makes the skin soft, bright and fresh. Place the cucumber peel in the form of strips on your face carefully, pressing it with both hands to the skin. Then you need to cover your face with a towel. After 20-25 minutes of complete rest, the wrap is removed.

Starch wrap. 1 tbsp. spoon of potato starch, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of warm honey and 1 tbsp. Mix a spoonful of salt until a paste forms. Apply to the skin, gradually increasing the thickness: apply a new layer as the previous one dries. Rinse off after 30 minutes with warm water, then rinse with cold water and add lemon juice.

Combination skin

Care products should be selected that are universal. These include masks made from wild strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, cucumbers, and peaches.

Dry and oily skin areas on the face should be treated according to the above guidelines.

Mix three mashed strawberries with 1 teaspoon of honey, and massage the resulting mass with your fingers into the skin of a previously cleansed face. After 15-20 minutes, rinse with warm water.

Of particular importance is the use of vitamin, toning, cleansing masks. Some masks soften, nourish and strengthen the skin, others have a degreasing and astringent effect on it, and others whiten it. Depending on the composition, masks have healing properties - relieve irritation and inflammation, shrink pores, and cleanse the skin.

To prepare a mask from medicinal plants, you need to take 2 tbsp. spoons of chopped herbs and add hot water. You will get a mushy mass. Cooled to 40 °C, apply the mixture to a cleansed face and cover with gauze folded in several layers. The duration of the procedure is 20 minutes.

For fruit and vegetable masks, you need to moisten a piece of gauze with holes for the eyes and nose with prepared juice or gruel from fruits or vegetables. Then lightly squeeze the gauze and apply it to your face for 15 minutes.

Masks are especially effective after a steam bath or hot compress. It is recommended to do masks 2 times a week, and the total course is 20 procedures. After the course, a break of 1.5-2 months is required.

Whitening and anti-freckle masks

Finely chop the parsley, pour boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes, strain, cool and wipe your face with the resulting infusion 2-3 times a day.

From May to August, you can apply dandelion juice to each freckle several times a week. When the juice dries, you need to wash your face and wipe it with sour milk.

1 tbsp. Mix a spoonful of chopped parsley leaves with a tablespoon of honey, apply to the skin for 45 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Wipe your face with cucumber juice and make masks from grated cucumber.

Decoction of young dandelion flowers: 2 tbsp. spoons of flowers pour 0.5 liters of water and boil for 20 minutes. Then cool the broth, strain and wipe your face with it in the morning and evening.

Finely chopped fresh cucumber, pour vodka in equal proportions, leave for a week, and then strain. This infusion also has whitening properties.

1 tbsp. spoon of onion juice, 1 potato, 1/2 liter of milk, 1 tbsp. spoon of honey. Boil potatoes in milk, then mash them and mix with honey and onion juice. Keep this mask on your face for 20 minutes, then wash it off. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to wash off the mask with still mineral water.

1/2 peeled apple, 1 tbsp. spoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 1 chicken egg yolk, 1 tbsp. spoon of apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. spoons of onion juice. Mix all ingredients using a mixer. Apply the mask to the skin and wash off after 30 minutes.

Apples, like apple cider vinegar, restore the skin's acidity and are a skin tonic.

Yeast, as you know, is a source of complete proteins and a champion in the content of B vitamins. To prepare the mask you need: 2 tbsp. spoons of onion juice, 50 g of yeast and 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil. Crumble the yeast and grind it with vegetable oil until a paste forms. Add onion juice and stir well again. Wash off the mask applied to the skin after 20 minutes.

Take bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of onion juice and a little milk. Mix milk and onion juice. Soak the bread crumbs in the resulting liquid for a couple of seconds. Apply wet crumbs to your face and wash them off after 30 minutes.

3 tbsp. spoons of onion juice, 1 tbsp. spoon of beeswax (or white paraffin), 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of borax, a few drops of rose oil. At the same time, heat the water with borax and soften the beeswax in another bowl, add olive oil to it. Remove both bowls from the heat, pour the water and borax into the oil and wax and stir until a white cream forms. Add a few drops of rose oil and onion juice. Stir until the mixture cools and thickens. Apply the mask for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Green sour cream mask. Prepare as follows: mix 1 yolk with 2 tbsp. spoons of parsley juice and add 1 teaspoon of sour cream.

Mix 1 part borax and 6 parts water. Moisten gauze with the composition and apply to the skin daily or every other day.

Pour 1 teaspoon of finely chopped roots and leaves of elecampane into 1 glass of cold water. Leave the mixture for 1 hour, then put it on the fire and boil for 10 minutes after boiling. Strain and apply to freckles and dark spots up to 2 times a day until they disappear. Course – 15-20 procedures.

Wipe freckles with infusion of poppy flowers. For this, 2 tbsp. spoons need to be filled with 1 cup of boiling water and let brew for 1 hour.

The given introductory fragment of the book Folk recipes for youth and beauty (Yuri Konstantinov, 2013) provided by our book partner -

Preface

A person's appearance always reflects his state of health. The beauty of healthy skin, lips, nails, and hair has not only hygienic and aesthetic significance, but also great psychological significance. The beautiful appearance of a healthy person has a positive effect on his well-being and creates a cheerful mood, while shortcomings in appearance often lead to shyness and a reserved character.

Nature generously supplies its resources completely unselfishly, and man has figured out how to preserve health and beauty with just the help of simple medicinal herbs, vegetables, and flowers.

Organic acids, amino acids, carbohydrates, fatty and essential oils, enzymes, vitamins and other biologically active plant substances are more related in nature to the human body than synthetic drugs. In the course of long evolution, man has adapted to their assimilation; they are more easily included in the life processes of the body. Some medicinal plants can be grown in your garden plots and even at home.

About 40% of valuable medicinal drugs are obtained only from plants. The medicinal properties of plants are due to the presence of biologically active substances in them, which, when entering the human body, have various beneficial effects on it.

Caring for problem skin with the help of medicinal plants quickly gives excellent results. Any woman can use beauty recipes from medicinal herbs by preparing her own or purchasing the required medicinal herbs at the pharmacy.

For example, the medicinal properties of nettle have been known for a very long time. It has been used in traditional medicine recipes since the 16th century as a remedy for hair loss.

Although youth inexorably passes, with the help of medicinal plants and careful facial care, you can maintain the elasticity and freshness of your skin for a long time.

Other natural products are often used in cosmetics. For example, honey is a real miracle product, and beauty recipes that include it actually help restore youth and elasticity to the skin, and great well-being.

The human body needs various vitamins, which are found in food and not only in them. Here is a list of the most necessary vitamins:

hair – A, B 2, B 6, F, H,

eyes - A and B,

teeth – E and D,

nails - A, D and C.

Vitamins A, B, B12, E and F have a beneficial effect on the skin and the entire body as a whole.

You need to take a close look at yourself, listen to your body and find ways to get closer to natural remedies to improve your appearance and well-being.

Nutrition

The main role in caring for the skin and maintaining it in good condition belongs to proper nutrition. The functioning of the digestive system can leave quite noticeable marks on your face. Food should be as varied as possible. For good skin condition, you need fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and mineral salts. You should not abuse spicy and fatty foods.

An increase in body weight leads to increased sebum production, especially on the face. You can use the nutritional recommendations for two weeks to maintain a normal body weight.

– Microbes, fungi, yeast.

– Dry air.

– bags under the eyes;

– the forehead becomes covered with wrinkles;

– wrinkles run between the eyebrows, the corners of the lips droop;

– wrinkles under the eyes;

– drooping of the upper eyelid occurs;

– hair grows above the lip;

Weight fluctuations, health problems, poor nutrition - everything that was previously not so noticeable to the body as a whole and directly to the skin, now begins to have a stronger effect on its condition. After 50 years, the main principle of skin care is a healthy lifestyle.
