Project for pregnant ideas. Idea for business - Fitness for pregnant women. Educational materials and program

Svetlana Romanovich opened a co-working cafe; Ksenia Kostina - a project that evaluates the effectiveness of advertising on the Internet; Tatyana Firsova - atelier; and Ekaterina Kraeva - a site about Shushary. All four Petersburgers started their own business when they were pregnant. How they thought of this before and whether their business ideas paid off - in the material "MR".

She gave birth to Polina and "Third place"

Business 30-year-old Svetlana Romanovich started during pregnancy. Polina was born in the summer. "Third place" - in the spring.

Svetlana and her partner Elnara Petrova after university worked in a business newspaper, led a project about young entrepreneurs. It took the girls six years to decide on their own business. The first project was an agency that was engaged in promotion in social networks. They didn't want to take the office. When the first co-working center (something like an office-cafe: a place where you pay for your stay) HomeWork opened, we moved there. When HomeWork closed, the "super girls" (#SuperDevushki), as Elnara and Svetlana call themselves, decided to open their coworking space.

The idea was hatched in Cyprus, where the girls, together with Yana Troshina, the future manager of the cafe, left "for the winter". Pregnant Svetlana hurried everyone. We returned in February. In March, they found an investor who invested a million rubles. Another 500 thousand earned in the agency. Husbands allocated 150 thousand each. It took a month to find a place. 200 square meters on Marata, 57 belong to an elderly family. "Before us, the Turks rented the premises. We even had to remove the insulation from the walls, because everything was smoky." The repair took three weeks. In April, the opening of the "Third Place" took place - a cafe and a coworking zone. In May, a mini-hotel for four rooms was opened.

“Pregnancy is easier to bear if you have something to do,” says Svetlana. “I sat here from 10 am to 12 am and felt fine. interesting. "Now she runs to a cafe when her husband walks with a child. "It helps a lot, I come home happy, satisfied, inspired. We are not going to hire nannies."

In front of the entrance to the "Third Place" - parking for bicycles. The vegetarian cafe has a large hall and wardrobe so that you can put strollers for children. There is no alcohol or cigarettes on the menu. Next is the coworking area. There is a large table and small ones to create the feeling of a mini-office. Coffee, tea and cookies are free. A four-room mini-hotel is located in the same building. The price includes breakfast. "We don't have TVs - for reasons of principle, but we have unlimited internet," says Yana Troshina, the manager.

As planned by the super-girls, their client is an enterprising young man for whom "Third Place" will become something of a club. He will work here, have lunch, get acquainted and gain new knowledge. To do this, the cafe regularly hosts events - from business courses to crash tests of ideas.

The "super-girls" plan to recoup the project within a year. August was a tough month. It is generally a failure in the restaurant business - and then the road services arranged the repair of Marata Street.

When her daughter Polina grows up, Svetlana wants to wear her in a sling to work. After the New Year, together with Elnara, they plan to open another cafe. Svetlana also has a dream - to open such a place for young mothers, where they can leave the child with a psychologist, and themselves - to work or take care of themselves. At their service there will be a manicure room and a hairdressing salon. "Here the child develops, and the mother can free up 2-3 hours for herself without suffering that the child has been abandoned."

Business muse - Martha

Ksenia Kostina is 28 years old. Daughters Marfa are two years and three months old. Ksenia has two businesses, both of which she came up with when her daughter was still in her stomach.

Ksenia was born in Tallinn. Graduated from Tallinn University with a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Marketing and Advertising. She worked as an account manager in an advertising agency, and when she moved to St. Petersburg, she was deputy general director for marketing at a direct investment agency under the St. Petersburg Investment Committee. Moving to the city-on-the-Neva was associated with marriage. Xenia's chosen one was Terenty Meshcheryakov, now the head of the Frunzensky district, and at that time a deputy of the Legislative Assembly.

During her pregnancy in 2010, Ksenia ran PR campaigns and developed marketing strategies. "All this can hardly be called a serious business, rather, it was self-employment - the last months of pregnancy, and then the first year of a child's life, they did not allow him to fully devote himself to building a company. After all, a business is also like a child - it needs one hundred percent attention and care in the first years of life" says the young mother. However, it was the decree that helped to finally decide on niches for business. At the same time, Ksenia went to study for an MBA degree at the Graduate School of Management.

The first niche was advertising. “In Russian society in general and in the business community in particular, the level of distrust is very high,” says Ksenia. “It is often difficult to convince a client that the proposed marketing solution will work and the investment will pay off, especially when it comes to promotion on the Internet "So I was looking for tools to clearly measure the effectiveness of an online advertising campaign."

When her daughter was nine months old, the business mother went to Internet marketing courses at the Swedish Hyper Island University. I found the right technology and, when I returned, I applied it on the Russian market. Ksenia opened the LeadGid company, where she proposed a new way to evaluate an advertising campaign on the Internet - when the client pays not for advertising, but for specific actions: registering on the site, making an appointment for a consultation, filling out a questionnaire, and the like, the so-called CPA marketing. If in May LeadGid ran only 30 campaigns at the same time, now there are more than 300.

The second business idea was born due to pregnancy: "When the tummy began to round, there was nothing to wear. At that time, more than ever, I wanted to look fashionable and elegant. Many pregnant women are content with leggings, badlons and sundresses, but I needed clothes for business meetings and social events." receptions,” says Ksenia, who is faced with the fact that there are almost no beautiful clothes for pregnant women. As a fashionista, this upset her, but as an entrepreneur, she was pleased: the niche is free!

Ksenia decided to open a tailoring shop for pregnant women. I started looking for a partner, he was found just through LeadGid: a designer from Moscow, who worked in a network of Moscow ateliers, moved to St. Petersburg to launch the Bant atelier. The first orders in the atelier were related to the correction of clothes: stores sent customers to them who needed to sew something in. “The niche of tailoring for pregnant women, although free, is not very large, and therefore we did not limit ourselves to only her, offering our services, first of all, to all women, and secondly to men,” says Ksenia. “The main feature of the atelier is the combination of the traditions of individual tailoring and integration with the Internet space.” For example, “Bant” launched its iPhone application, with which you can calculate the cost of tailoring and fabric footage from a photo. You can take a picture like a dress on a friend , as well as on display.

The most difficult thing was to combine two businesses at once. In terms of scale and turnover, LeadGid is ten times larger than Bant. He gets 90% of the time. Under the agency, investments were attracted, the amount of which Ksenia cannot disclose. Investments in the studio amounted to about 700 thousand rubles, "Bant" is already paying off.

Ksenia is already preparing a new start-up connected with the Internet. She calls her daughter Martha a business muse, she helps to be more careful with time and distribute it correctly: "Also, thanks to her, I now don't miss lunch."

T-shirt for a child

33-year-old designer Tatyana Firsova, mother of six-year-old Ulyana and three-year-old Makar, opened two businesses in two maternity leave: a website for pregnant women and an atelier of non-banal children's clothing "Good-simple".

Tatyana lives in Pushkin, graduated from the Faculty of Journalism, defended herself at the Department of Design. I worked with my husband - they had their own design studio. In 2005, she went on maternity leave, lay a lot on conservation. I began to study web design, and having mastered it, I launched the Pregnancy Calendar portal. “When the child was born, she could only do something at night, her daughter in one hand, the mouse in the other,” says Tatyana. The site still exists, the woman sold it profitably.

Makar was born two years later, and Tatyana was drawn to painting: she began to paint on children's T-shirts with special water-based acrylic paints. “Our masseuse saw the first T-shirt and asked me to draw something similar for a gift,” says Tatyana. “And so it went. The idea is that the picture is chosen for the child. and the girl who wears it.

Tatyana opened a group on the social network, a website, orders from mothers went. They also gave the designer the idea to sew children's clothes. “I don’t know how to sew myself, so I found a seamstress who also sat with a child in Pushkin. Now she is my main business partner,” says Tatyana. A year ago, they rented a room for an atelier (they took a loan of 40,000 rubles). My husband and I did the renovation. There have already been clients. “I sat down and thought: pay rent every month, for cleaning, garbage disposal, utilities. What if it doesn’t work out? And I pulled the seamstress out of work.

The business started in the midst of the crisis. “I painted until three in the morning, and at seven I got up for the first feeding,” recalls Tatyana. Now she is more engaged in creativity, comes up with new ideas, promotes the site and the group, and communicates with clients. In two weeks, the atelier sews about 200 items. Several seamstresses work in the atelier, the rest work at home, all are mothers. “We have a grandma council,” Tatiana jokes.

Business is already booming. There are plans to open a photo studio: clients often order outfits specifically for photo shoots.

Eyes and ears of Shushar

TV journalist Ekaterina Kraeva during the decree (daughter Katya is two years old, son Yaroslav is six) launched an unofficial website of the village of Shushary - shushary-life.ru.

On the second day of her life in Shushary (the family had bought an apartment here), Katya was about to pack her bags and leave back to the comfortable Moskovsky district. I didn’t like everything: the smell from the silo, annoying planes, the lack of shops - I had to go “to the city” to get a light bulb. Two years later, she calls the site she launched to improve life in the village "her third child."

“Shushary is a unique place, Russia in miniature,” says Ekaterina, “Representatives of different cities of the country live here who have come for a better life. It seems to be St. Petersburg and at the same time a settlement outside the Ring Road, which grew up on state farm fields. "But bright residents. They make flower beds of amazing beauty. Recently they painted a zebra on a five-story building, this is our attraction."

Ekaterina invested 100 thousand rubles in the project - an inheritance from her father. She decided: she would not spend her parents' money on furniture or clothes, although the new apartment did not even have a kitchen. The idea of a site that would tell about the life of the neighbors came during long walks with a stroller. Ekaterina mastered a new business at night, after putting her children to bed. She communicates with residents every day, posts news, interviews, and compiles guides. 20 thousand people live in the microdistrict, with the delivery of each house, the population increases by 300 families.

The site's competitor was the village's forum. But there people talked and speculated, and Ekaterina turned to experts - to the head of the kindergarten, the deputy, the pediatrician. For example, the opening of a new kindergarten was promised by September. Katya went to the builders and found out that in fact it would be handed over only by the new year - despite the statements of the authorities. Moms who were planning to leave the decree were able to navigate.

Before the presidential elections, the site published an appeal from the residents of the microdistrict to the authorities: they asked for a third pediatrician to be allocated to the village. "The doctor appeared, but after the elections there were only two of them again," says Katya, who is now recognized on the streets and called "Shushar's mouthpiece." With the help of the site, residents want to return the pediatrician and speed up the emergence of a second school - the foundation has already been laid, but construction is slow.

So far, the site brings Ekaterina more pleasure than money. Nevertheless, local advertising has appeared, there are proposals from entrepreneurs.

On the basis of the site, she plans to organize a local TV channel, is already negotiating with friends from TV and the authorities, wants to conduct live broadcasts with officials, discuss problems, and solve them together with residents.

Introduction

Pregnancy is a very important step in a woman's life, for which it is necessary to carefully prepare, both mentally and physically. This preparation is necessary not only for the expectant mother, but also for the future father.

The paper describes in more detail the pregravid preparation of the family for the birth of a child. Previously, the health indicators of women and men were much higher and pregnancy was practically not planned, but accepted as a fact. Nowadays, things are different. Due to the deteriorating health status of the population, as well as under the influence of other factors, pregnancy often has to be planned. Married couples are increasingly undergoing medical examinations so that they are provided with qualified assistance not only in maintaining the health of the unborn child, but also in the process of conception itself.

Even when a woman is already pregnant, she may not know very important details about her condition and therefore do not monitor her health and the health of her baby, miss some points. In order to eliminate the lack of knowledge and teach the expectant mother these lifestyle rules, there are health schools or, as they are now often called, the “School of Expectant Mothers”.

I want to tell you more about preparing for pregnancy and the birth of a healthy baby, as well as about health schools for pregnant women, in my thesis.

The purpose of my work is to tell about pregnancy in general, what changes are observed in a woman’s body, highlight the issues of preconception preparation and show the need to create health schools for expectant mothers in order to eliminate the lack of knowledge about the right lifestyle during this difficult period in the life of a woman and her family.

· Explain what pregnancy is from a scientific and physiological point of view.

· Consider in more detail the most important changes in a woman's body during pregnancy and their significance.

· Tell about the preconception preparation of a married couple.

· To highlight the concept of a health school in general and a health school for pregnant women, as well as to prove the relevance of their creation in our time.

· Get acquainted with the goals and objectives set by the schools organizers of schools for expectant mothers.

· Give brief information about the conduct of classes at the school of health for pregnant women.

Chapter 1

1 The concept and physiology of pregnancy

Pregnancy (lat. graviditas) - a special condition of the woman's body , in which in its reproductive organs there is a developing embryo or fetus . Pregnancy arises from the merger of the female and male germ cells in the fallopian tube followed by the formation of a zygote containing 46 chromosomes . The sex of the unborn child depends on the set of sex chromosomes (XX or XY), while the eggs always carry the X chromosome , and the spermatozoa X or Y chromosomes (in the ratio 1:1). Thus, the gender of the unborn child it is determined precisely by the sex chromosome, the carrier of which is the spermatozoon (in the case of the X chromosome, a female child will be born, and in the case of the Y chromosome, a male child). As a result of cell division blastocyst is formed , which on the seventh day is attached to the wall of the uterus . In the first three months of pregnancy (first trimester), organs are laid fetus, by the end of the 12th week the placenta is fully formed . Through it, the fetus receives nutrients and the end products of metabolism are removed. The duration of a human pregnancy is 9 months, or 40 obstetric weeks (counted from the date of the last menstrual period ). In obstetrics, physiological and pathological pregnancy are distinguished. Normally, any pregnancy ends in childbirth. - a child is born and in case of multiple pregnancy - twins (homo- - identical or heterozygous - different).

This is the scientific definition of the term "pregnancy".

It can still be explained as a normal (physiological) process that occurs in a woman's body during fetal development. During pregnancy, a woman's body undergoes profound transformations. During normal pregnancy<#"justify">1.2Preconception preparation

pregnancy school health family

A woman is always a little afraid of the changes that will happen to her body during pregnancy. A lot of unusual duties fall on a man when a married couple is expecting a child, especially if the wife has complications during the period of bearing an heir.

Pregnancy<#"justify">· Examination of a married couple.

It is necessary to examine both the man and the woman for diseases of the reproductive system, internal organs and endocrine pathology. The future dad needs to make a spermogram in order to know about the possible pathology of spermatogenesis. In addition to determining possible diseases of the genital organs, the mother should be diagnosed with endocrine diseases, defects in the blood coagulation system, and autoimmune pathology. It will not be superfluous to determine the blood group, the Rh factor for both partners.

· Bad habits.

Quitting smoking, drug use and alcohol in a family that wants to give birth to a healthy child is mandatory.

· Impact of environmental factors.

If one of the couple works at a hazardous enterprise, then it is advisable to change jobs. This necessarily applies to women who come into contact with harmful factors in the working environment, for example, in a chemical plant.

· Complete nutrition.

It is desirable that the spouses normalize the diet<#"justify">· Medical genetic testing.

Identification of risk factors for the birth of a sick child should be carried out before pregnancy. A geneticist will collect a family history and, if it reveals a high risk of having a baby with a gross hereditary pathology, will give recommendations for an additional genetic examination. So the spouses will have a guarantee to get an heir without defects and chromosomal diseases.

· Screening for infections and their treatment.

Determination of chronic bacterial and viral infections significant for pregnancy, their timely treatment has a significant impact on the course and outcome of pregnancy. The expectant mother must pass several special blood tests from a vein, a smear on the flora from the genital tract, and if an infection significant to the fetus is detected, it should be sanitized in advance. It is also necessary to heal carious teeth and consult an ENT doctor in the presence of chronic tonsillitis regarding the prevention of its exacerbation.

· Taking vitamins and minerals.

This point, although it is the last, is not inferior in importance to any of the previous ones. Leading experts of the World Health Organization to prevent the birth of children with gross malformations or with severe intellectual deficiency insist on a course of folic acid<#"justify">Chapter 2 Health Schools

1 The concept of "school of health". Relevance

School of health is an organizational form of group counseling, hygienic education and upbringing, which is a comprehensive medical preventive service.

A school for pregnant women is a whole range of classes that are aimed at acquainting a woman with physiological, psychological and other kinds of phenomena that accompany her during pregnancy, the prenatal period, during childbirth and in the first months after them.

In such a school, parents will be told about the proper nutrition of a pregnant and nursing mother, about the daily routine, about the schedule of wakefulness and sleep, and many other aspects related to the newborn.

Experienced specialists will show you how to do gymnastics correctly in order to prepare the muscles for childbirth without consequences and complications for the woman's body, as well as teach breathing exercises that will help a woman during labor.

Experts advise you to definitely visit schools for pregnant women in order to structure all the information that the expectant mother learns from various sources. Dads can also attend courses to ask all their questions regarding this difficult and at the same time wonderful period in the family.

In order for the choice of a school for pregnant women to be made correctly, it is important to focus on the following parameters. It is desirable that the school is close to home, the classes are taught by experienced psychologists or obstetricians, and the courses meet the needs of a woman in communication and spending free time.

Many such centers offer pregnant women a weekly visit to the pool, drawing lessons, yoga, music classes. It is important that the expectant mother likes to attend such classes, and she would be aware that they will really help her and bring undeniable benefits.

As a result, a woman's fear of childbirth disappears, it is replaced by a sense of confidence in their favorable outcome and the easy birth of a healthy baby.

2.2 Goals and objectives. Equipment and equipment

Lesson 3. Childbirth. Occurrence and suppression of pain in childbirth.

Lesson 4. Breastfeeding. Nutrition for women during pregnancy and lactation.

Lesson 5. A child of the first year of life.

Pregnancy changes all aspects of a woman's life and in order for her to proceed normally, it is necessary to change her lifestyle. And the task of medical workers is to teach her this.

In Appendix 1 to my thesis, I compiled a lesson at the School of Expectant Mothers, dedicated to the psychological characteristics of a woman during pregnancy and childbirth.

Conclusion

In the process of working on the topic of organizing health schools for pregnant women, I studied a lot of materials about pregnancy and the changes that occur in a woman's body during this period of life. I also got acquainted with the peculiarities of preconception preparation of a married couple and became convinced of the need to give up bad habits, rational nutrition, taking vitamins and minerals and undergoing a full medical genetic examination before a planned pregnancy. A few decades ago, the concept of a health school as a whole practically did not exist, and people did not know about the school of motherhood, and could not imagine the need for its creation. Nowadays, in every city and in many medical institutions there are health schools. Schools of health for patients with hypertension, bronchial asthma, etc. began to open at polyclinics and hospitals. In many perinatal centers and antenatal clinics, schools for expectant mothers begin their work. Only, unfortunately, not all pregnant women understand the direction of her activities and not only do not attend classes, but also miss medical examinations and consultations. That is why during childbirth, unforeseen complications often arise for both the mother and the child. To avoid this, to overcome the fears characteristic of pregnant women, as well as to learn a lot of new and interesting things, there are Schools for expectant mothers.

Lesson progress:

Lecture on the topic: "Psychological characteristics of women during pregnancy and childbirth."

In the last lesson, you learned what pregnancy is and what changes have occurred or are occurring in your body. Well, today we will talk about the psychological characteristics of a woman during pregnancy.

The inner world of a pregnant woman is mysterious and amazing, and her mood is changeable. In a short period of time, it can change several times: now she is happy, cheerful, cheerful, then the very next moment she is upset, upset, saddened. A pregnant woman is sensitive and irritable, she reacts much more sharply than before to the world around her. In some women, during pregnancy, the appearance changes, in others everything remains unchanged. But all expectant mothers have their own special psychology, which changes from month to month.

Pregnancy from a psychological point of view, as in physiology, can be divided into three periods (trimesters):

· The first trimester is months of uncertainty and adaptation to a new state. The beginning of pregnancy is a period of emotional ups and downs. The feelings of a woman have not yet been determined; from the realization of happiness, she passes to regret. Changes in mood are strong and difficult to understand. This is not yet a fear of childbirth, but an indefinite fear, which includes both the joy of not knowing what is happening, and the fear of the unknown, and anxiety about the future of the child, and fears that her husband will move away from her during pregnancy.

Nausea, insomnia, lack of appetite as a cause or effect of these mixed feelings make the first weeks of pregnancy tiring.

Fear of the unknown can lead to a state of depression, dependence on loved ones.

A woman becomes more impressionable, feels more fragile physically and psychologically, she wants to be the object of attention and care. Cries often and a lot, becomes sentimental; it seems to her that no one loves her, and in general she does not want anything.

Responsibility for these changes in feelings is borne by the hormonal restructuring of the body, as a result of which the state of mind of a woman in the first months approaches that of a child. In this state, a woman begins to feel like a child, which will help her in the future when communicating with the baby. However, being in this state, a woman feels that she is growing up.

As at first the expectant mother hesitated between joy and fear, so now infantilism and growing up are struggling in her. This duality causes her anxiety and is often the cause of a change of mood that is not always clear to others.

During this period, the woman feels unusually tired, needs more sleep due to increased energy consumption. The body adapts, adapts to the new state.

In the first trimester, depression may occur, the causes of which may be family disagreements, social and domestic problems, lack of emotional support from the father of the child, complications and illness.

· The second trimester is the months of balance.

The energy balance in the body is restored. Calmness, stability come to the woman, mood improves, normal sleep returns. The expectant mother has the first sensations of a new life - the movement of the fetus. Mothers who previously hesitated to show their joy give themselves entirely to her. Now they are confident in their motherhood.

The presence of a child has a beneficial effect not only on the thoughts and imagination of the expectant mother, but also on her body, since it is interconnected.

· The third trimester is the retreat months. In the first trimester, the baby was a hope, a certainty, but not a reality; in the second trimester his presence became palpable; in the third, he becomes the center of thoughts, interests and activities of the expectant mother.

Gradually, the events of everyday life recede into the background, occupying the woman less and less, her thoughts are concentrated on the child she is carrying. Immersion in the child is the main feature of the third trimester.

Mood swings begin again, irritability, anxiety, fear of childbirth, pain appear.

A woman changes not only emotionally, there is also a change in her priorities: she hardly forces herself to be interested in work, and devotes more time to home and the unborn child.

The last week seems longer than the previous nine months. The feelings and emotions of a pregnant woman are very disparate: on the one hand, she looks forward to the onset of childbirth, on the other hand, the approach of childbirth causes even more doubts, anxiety, and uncertainty. These sensations have their own advantage: they, as it were, weaken the fear of childbirth, if it arises.

Now we will talk about what worries pregnant women and what they are afraid of.

Anxiety and fears of a pregnant woman

The most important thing at the beginning of pregnancy is to realize your condition. To realize pregnancy means to accept the appearance of a child in your life and begin to co-exist with him. And for nine months, communicating with the baby, learn to understand his needs and desires.

Already at the very beginning of pregnancy, the expectant mother may have concerns about the health of the child. What will he be like: healthy, weak, strong, will he have developmental deviations, will the analgin tablet drunk last week affect, what to do with the computer monitor ... Different situations are sorted out in the memory, and the imagination draws a lot of dangers for the child.

In the second third of pregnancy, various superstitions and previously heard opinions and comments (do not eat a lot of meat so that the baby is not hairy, etc.) can become the cause of unfounded fears.

The best way to get rid of such fears is to realize that they are natural during pregnancy. But if fears begin to interfere, then it is necessary to consult a psychologist, as well as regularly receive professional advice from a doctor, undergo all the necessary examinations scheduled according to the schedule on time.

By the end of pregnancy, a woman is overcome by fear of childbirth. A woman may be afraid of the unknown, various complications, labor pain, death. The source of this fear lies not in the fear for one's own life, but in the anticipation of the experiences of the child, who, in the process of birth, goes through the stage of psychological "dying". Birth is one of the most powerful human experiences, comparable in strength only to the experience of death.

Life in the mother's stomach for a child is a paradise: it is always warm, calm, comfortable, satisfying, all needs are satisfied by themselves, no effort is needed. But suddenly, in one moment, everything will change: it will become cramped, stuffy and hungry. To cope with the situation, the child will go on a journey, not knowing how it will end. The horror that a child experiences at the time of birth is not stored in his mind, since it is not yet formed.

The fear of pain in childbirth is often formed in adolescence from various "terrible" stories that arise in the memory when the time comes to give birth, from the age-old belief that they give birth in pain.

Many women experience pain during childbirth only because they were too frightened by the expectation of the upcoming pain, ignorance and misunderstanding of what will happen to them. Women who experience fear give birth much more difficult than those who are set up correctly for the birth process. It is fear that creates excessive muscle tension. Instead of relaxing and letting the baby be born in peace, the woman is afraid, nervous and tense. And that makes the pain even worse.

Therefore, in order to overcome pain, it is necessary to overcome fear. To do this, a woman needs to know what happens to her during pregnancy, how a child lives and develops, how childbirth will take place, whether it is possible to help herself learn how to breathe correctly, relax and relieve stress.

The influence of the emotional state of a woman on the course of pregnancy and childbirth

Many researchers emphasize the adverse effect of maternal emotional stress on pregnancy and childbirth.

The anxiety experienced by a woman during pregnancy is the first experience of anxiety in a child.

In the second half of pregnancy, the circulatory system of the fetus develops intensively, and it receives a hormonally mediated portion of anxiety through the placenta and umbilical cord whenever the mother is in a state of anxiety. Certain functional disturbances in the activity of the body are also possible in response to prolonged excitement or irritation of the mother. The mother's anxiety also causes the corresponding motor reaction of the fetus.

With emotional stress in the mother during pregnancy, the likelihood of premature birth, violations of labor activity was noted, if the birth took place on time. In the latter case, weakness of labor activity, signs of intrauterine fetal hypoxia, and impaired placental blood supply are more common.

A woman with a positive attitude towards her unborn child endures pregnancy easily, she is always in a great mood, she is confident in the successful course of pregnancy and childbirth, and she sees the joy and happiness of her life in her unborn child. Positive maternal emotions cause an increase in the growth of the fetus and an increase in the level of its sensory perception.

Well, now, let's check how much you are aware of the details of your condition and consolidate the knowledge gained in today's lesson.

Thank you for your attention!

Training "My baby"

And now, in order to relax, I suggest you do a training. This is something like a game, I'm sure you'll like it. Get comfortable and let's get started.

Each of you talks about your child - it will be a boy or a girl, what kind of hair, eyes, character, name he (she) will have. Begin.

And now we will try to hear what is happening in your body. First, concentrate your attention on the sounds that are heard outside the window. Remember what you heard. Well, now, try to hear the sounds that are happening inside you - in your heart, in your stomach. And now each of you will share with us your impressions of what she heard.

After you have tried to hear your baby, you try to feel him. Put your hands on your stomach and gently moving them try to feel the baby. Thus, you establish contact with him, because touch means a lot. At home, you can do the same, only put your husband's hands on top of your hands, or vice versa, your hands on top.

I would advise you to keep a pregnancy diary. Put a date and next to it describe the most vivid impressions associated with pregnancy. It helps a lot to get psychological balance.

And now I invite you to ask your questions. Feel free, I will try to tell you everything that interests you.

(Women asking questions)

Don't forget to exercise. In the next lesson, you will learn about the process of childbirth itself, learn how to suppress the pain of childbirth and learn many more new and interesting things. See you!

There aren't many stories like this, but they do exist. When a pregnant woman abruptly rebuilt the direction in her career precisely because the new status unambiguously changed her. In preferences, in desires, in outlooks on life. It is inexplicable whether the new person growing in the tummy influenced her mother, or whether the woman unconsciously changed herself when the time came for this. For example, there is a friend who became pregnant to teach yoga to other expectant mothers - her former hobby became her main profession after giving birth. The other one took up bookkeeping thoroughly, and remote reporting became a permanent additional income for her. Let us give examples of professions (small businesses) for which there is a demand in Kazakhstan. Perhaps something from the list will help you not only survive the crisis, but also become a reliable income and a favorite thing. For reliability, we have selected 8 ideas for 8 women who are somehow successful in the given type of business.

1. Making jewelry

On youtube you can find many free video tutorials and learn how to create earrings, necklaces, beads, rings and more at home and sell them online and in stores in your city.

It took me a little time to study personally. Look at a dozen lessons on youtube and photos of master classes. Skill comes in stages. Along the way, as in any business, you will learn new and new things. By the way, one of my girlfriends found this job for herself on maternity leave and now has a fairly successful business with her own brand. Her products are sold online and offline.

2. Tailoring

Good old tailoring. If you know how to sew, you could make money by making your own, exclusive "line" of clothing - bedding, dresses, or maybe pet clothes or toys.

Asel Ali, hobby - sewing

I am a tailor, but this is my hobby, and I don’t make much money on it. I sew to acquaintances, girlfriends. I sew for pleasure. The work of a seamstress is very painstaking, but poorly paid. But as a part-time job, such an occupation is suitable. You yourself understand that everyone wants high quality and free. But the seamstress wastes her time, and this is the most precious thing in life. You can learn the basics in three months. But experience comes with age. As in any work, the main thing is quality;). But, if you set a goal for yourself, you can master the profession and provide a small income for yourself and your child. And also learn to sheathe yourself and the baby. What do you agree, a very useful skill.

3. Agent for ordering goods from other countries

If you are comfortable with a computer and are good at ordering and choosing goods from China and other countries, you will be able to receive a commission on ordered purchases.

Important in work is patience and ingenuity. We need to attract customers. Interest. Make an interesting offer. And also be able to communicate with them! There are bad clients. There are slow ones. There are capricious ones. There are inattentive. With all of them you need to communicate on the same wavelength. Don't offend. Don't lose a potential client. And there are clients who are bored. 1000 questions but zero action! It's easy to learn. Quickly. Although I have been in this business for the third year, pitfalls still surface to this day. If you work with foreigners, then, of course, knowledge of the language is a big plus. Because you don't have to pay a translator. And if in the case of the Chinese, then there is a 100% guarantee that the translator will not deceive you. There have been cases when a Chinese person says one amount, and an interpreter another. And, as in any business, it is important that there are reliable people nearby.

4. Web design

If you have a skill in design, then the decree is the time to develop your abilities. Just make sure you're always in a comfortable seated position when you're working.

Dasha Kostina, designer

It took me about a year to acquire simple web design skills. But, it seems to me, elementary things can be learned even faster. Making simple infographics or banners will allow you to earn money for women's things, at least. But to make the main income, study and work harder.

5. Mini nursery garden

Working parents always need a place where they can leave their children for a short time or all day. Just carve out a part of your house, maybe a spare bedroom or some space that you don't use for your garden. Prepare everything that is needed and what the children are used to and proceed.

Aigul Khamzina, accountant, former nanny

Now the rules for opening a mini nursery garden have been greatly simplified. For example, you do not need to own a room that you plan to use as a nursery garden. This activity is not licensed. And the service demand for these services can be met in accordance with the individual contract of the nanny. Of course, it is better to play it safe and get a full consultation at the sanitary and epidemiological station and carefully prepare yourself for the appearance of babies in your home. Of course, for this, your property must have suitable conditions - safe and comfortable for the child (children). At a time when I had financial difficulties, I became a nanny. This made it possible to perform the main work (outsourcing - accounting) in the evenings. And during the day, babysitting two twin babies. I still communicate with them and their parents, although the boys are already in the second grade. This is a grateful and noble work.

6. Blogger/Copywriter

All you need is skills, a computer and an internet connection. You need to build a portfolio in order to regularly get jobs on freelance sites.

7. Tutoring

You can get students to work with in your home if you enjoy teaching and have the knowledge you need. An adult, educated person can easily prepare for a school subject for teaching. If you have studied at a music school, or have other additional education, you can also teach other people your skills.

Oksana Khan, teacher, mother

I just started tutoring when I was 2 months pregnant. By profession I am a philologist of the Russian language. Therefore, teaching Russian to foreigners was interesting for me and allowed me to improve my English in the process. If desired, this income can be made the main one. There is always someone to teach something - as long as you have the appropriate knowledge and desire to earn for this.

8. Real estate agent

The success of any agent, first of all, is in the information that he receives before others. If you are good at real estate websites, you will be able to “fish out” information about a bargain property before anyone else, and make a deal for sale or rent. There are many opportunities in this area, especially during a crisis, when prices are not stable enough.

It is not difficult to learn, the main thing is to sincerely want to help people and at the same time try to earn money. Your services cost money because you have the information, are set up for income, and act according to the law. In working with clients, you need to clearly outline the scheme of work, trying to sell or rent - make an effort, but not zealous for quick profit in unverified transactions. Good intuition helps a lot in working with people. After all, clients are different - there are not very decent, there are not quite cultured. But in general, we have good people. And if you love communication and know how to help others, then there is always a chance to make money in the agency business.

To conclude, this is a good time to use and develop your skills and talents. By working, you will be able to learn effectively and use this wonderful period also profitably.

You can easily make your photos with your baby even before his birth become one of the brightest in the family album! I have collected for you the best ideas for "pregnant" photo shoots, which I hope will inspire you.

1. Boy or girl?

Let's start with the simplest - photos with a hint of the sex of the child. I think if you decorate your tummy with a bow or dress up as a candy, no one will doubt that you will become a mother of a daughter. But sneakers or mustaches will tell the world about the imminent birth of a little man.

2. Photo report

Capturing every important stage of pregnancy in a photo is a very interesting “quest”. It will be very interesting for you to watch the magical metamorphoses of your body:

3. Family contract

Even more interesting is to involve the whole family in an interesting photo shoot. Let your husband and older children have their own important roles in your historical chronicle:

4. Inscriptions and drawings

I really like this idea of body art on the stomach or decorating it with funny inscriptions. Why not a message straight to the future?

5. "Mermaids"

Such a photo session is a real space. And, almost in the truest sense of the word. Underwater shots give rise to incredible effects of floating in zero gravity. Simply unearthly beauty, real masterpieces of photography:

6. Laughter, and only

If everything is in order with a sense of humor in your family, joke and have fun:

7. Creative without limits

Well, these ideas are my favorite. Thus, you kill two birds with one stone at once. First, get super funny and original photos. And secondly, in three years you will not have to puzzle over how to explain to the baby where children come from. Just show a photo document - and you're done!

Today, under the heading "Business parents" we will introduce you to the authors of social projects for mothers. Our heroines are convinced that motherhood changes not only the rhythm of life, but also the woman herself, giving her strength and awakening incredible creative potential. The creators of the projects “Mom to Moms”, “Moms in the Park” and “Mom is Resting” tell about the joys of motherhood, new achievements and limitless opportunities for self-realization.

Project "Mom to Moms"

The project "Mom to Moms" appeared about a year and a half ago. At first, Ira had an idea to gather interesting and creative mothers, providing them with a platform for realization. Ira shared the idea of the project with Zhenya, who at that time was at a crossroads, thinking about what exactly to do next, because she left her last job in order to spend more time with her child. Further, the idea began to transform and acquire new tasks and interests, but the theme of creativity and realization of mothers remains one of the main ones in the project. That's how we started the "Mom to Moms" project - we organized various meetings, blogged about interesting mothers, for whom motherhood became an incentive for big changes in life and the development of their own creative projects.

Now there are five people in the “Mom to Moms” project, five different mothers. The topics that we discuss with our audience have become much larger since the creation of the project. Not all topics are related only to implementation - we pay great attention to raising children, conscious parenting, we run the “Conversation with a Psychologist” column, where we ask specialists the most pressing questions, we organized an educational course for mothers from child psychologists. We also conduct various creative workshops for children and adults. Within the framework of various festivals and holidays, our traditional action "Courtyard of the Game" takes place, where children and parents play unfairly forgotten courtyard games ("rubber band", "jump rope", "classics", etc.). Now we are focusing on the development of the media side of the project: we maintain various sections on social networks (on our main resource @mama_mamam on Instagram and in the “livejournal”). We are talking about children, motherhood, relationships between a man and a woman, about cinema, literature and even cooking - about everything that fills the life of a modern mother. From time to time we hold “Mom Markets”, where creative mothers present their projects.

We do not stand still, we like to try new formats, hold interesting promotions, experiment and meet new people. Now we have started a new direction - organizing evenings in the format of a bachelorette party, where we invite interesting guests to chat, learn something new, get away from home and work, and also just have a good time. In a modern city, there is a lack of sincerity and time for oneself. And for a woman, it is especially necessary in order to be filled with positive energy, having the opportunity to give it further - to her family, children. And of course, we have always talked and will continue to talk about conscious parenthood, writing about the upbringing and development of children, holding meetings with child psychologists, organizing various discussions on topical children's topics with other mothers. The project participants are all very different, and this is our great value: Ira is a child psychologist, Zhenya is a sociologist with a business background, Alisa is a director and artist, Alina is a photographer, Olya is a linguist and yoga practitioner. Each of us brings something different to the project, each has its own view of motherhood and fulfillment. We are sure that every woman, when getting acquainted with our project, will find something close and understandable for herself. Every day we draw inspiration from other mothers who communicate with us both online and in real meetings. Motherhood changes a woman, fills her life with a special meaning, at the same time radically changing the rhythm of life. Now there is a trend in which a woman, giving birth to children, does not want to make a choice: either work or a child. Mothers want to be successful, they want to be realized, while remaining with their children. Hence, so many interesting projects appear, where a woman, a mother, organizes her own business, which allows her to harmoniously combine it with motherhood. We are talking about just such projects, about such mothers, because it was they who inspired us from the very beginning, and we are very glad to communicate with them. And, of course, our children inspire us to implement the project. We have nine children out of five.

B ╤А╨╛╨┐╤А╨╕╤В╤П╤В╨╕╨╕ ╨H╨╡╨╗╨╡╨╜╤L╨╡ ╨┐╨░╤V╤A╨╕╨║╨╕, 2013.jpg

Our project is social. We are implementing the idea of motherhood, in which a woman does not make a choice between self-realization and motherhood, but tries to find a balance. We promote the idea of conscious parenting, we provide a platform for the creative realization of mothers - we publish stories about them, organize the "Mama Market", talk about their projects on our Internet resources and at our meetings. We want to make mom's life in the city a little more interesting, happier and more harmonious. We want to believe that our project really helps mothers and gives them self-confidence. The goal of the project is to make mom happier. And yet, we just do what is interesting to ourselves, we make ourselves and our children happier. Our audience is modern urban mothers who want to lead an active lifestyle even with small children, who like to learn something new, to know themselves, these are mothers who are interested in child psychology, create their own projects and do not stand still.

In our Soviet past, both the life of an adult and the life of a child were subordinated to the interests of society. Then there was another distortion, there was a sharp decline in the birth rate, as people wanted to live only for themselves, for the sake of their consumer interests. Without exaggeration, now there is a revival of family values, the concept of “sacrifice” in the name of the child is disappearing, everyone is striving for harmony, for a balance between their interests and the interests of the child. And today's parents are just like that. Of course, we are very lucky that there is a lot of up-to-date information around from specialists in raising children, and modern parents are conscious parents who seek to gain a deeper knowledge of the process of child development. But the most important thing, in our opinion, modern parents are those people who get real pleasure from their parenthood, from communicating with their own children and can teach them to be happy. And modern children ... are they any different? Well, yes, they have more information, they have a lot more different electronic devices and gadgets in their lives. But today's children, as in former times, need communication, free play, and emotional contact with their parents. Children need to be loved. Perhaps, in the conditions of the disunity of our society, the aggressiveness of the urban environment, as well as the variety of choices, our children need love and acceptance even more. This is the main secret of happiness for a child.

My name is Olga, I am almost 30, I have a husband Anton and a son Ilya (he is almost 2 years old). My husband is at work all day long, I am with my child all day long, grandparents live far away, and they are in no hurry to help us. A rented odnushka, an old Moscow district, where in the evenings there is a line for beer in the store near the house, and in the mornings there is a full urn of bulls and bottles on the playground. And mothers with prams in the park. And now, having already wound up a decent mileage in the park near the house, I got bored. I began to go to events for mothers, but even this seemed to me not enough. And then it so happened and coincided that in our park I myself arranged a meeting for mothers. And somehow, in the process of preparing this meeting, it came up that we are #Moms v park. And we liked to communicate and chat about everything in the world so much that then we met again and again. And now for a year (and August 5 will be exactly 1 year since our first meeting) we meet and communicate. Moreover, #Moms v The park is now available not only in Moscow, but also in Makhachkala and Astrakhan.

What inspired me to create the project? Yes, I just wanted to talk! And it is even better to talk with someone who understands you and is experiencing almost the same thing as you are at the moment. I was also inspired (and still inspire) by the meetings of the La Leche Liga organization for the support of breastfeeding mothers, where mothers communicate on an equal footing, where each mother is an expert on her child, can share her position and opinion, receive and provide support. And, of course, I was inspired (and still happy) by the flamp.ru project and the flamper community. After all, our meetings are held in different places, we also try to exchange feedback and discover something new in our children's sphere.

I do not set myself the goal of collecting stadiums, "spud" all the mothers of Moscow or earn money at the meetings of mothers. I like that we become friends. We go to each other's birthday parties. We meet outside of our big "Mom" meetings, for "Mom's breakfasts" for example. We see how our children grow up, and they grow up together, know each other and also look forward to meeting. It can be said that our project is such a support group for mothers, and not only for those who are breastfeeding (and it is worth saying that, of course, most mothers are supporters of breastfeeding), but in general, for everyone, and those who have already graduated, and those who didn't feed. Our meetings are free, because they do not take money from friends.

I did not set myself any specific goals, except for the task of having a pleasant day in good company, that's all. But of course, if you look in a global sense, you can write anything here - and about the fact that I would like the city infrastructure to become more adapted for mothers with children - that there are comfortable ramps, so that cafes do not make sour faces when your child is naughty so that there are children's chairs, children's corners and not only french fries and sausages in the children's menu.

Our meetings are attended by mothers with children from a few months to 9 years old (these are older brothers and sisters). The main age of our kids now is 1-2 years. This is the age when mom is already bored in the park near the house, and she begins to open new horizons with her baby. And even after a year, it happens that doubts begin to overtake about whether it is necessary to continue breastfeeding, what to do if the baby gains weight poorly or eats little - mothers sometimes also come to us with such questions. And they find mothers with children of the same age who are still feeding (and plan to continue), who will share their experience in introducing complementary foods (and they will also share a piece of an apple or banana with the baby at the meeting), who will talk about their other experience. And somehow there are fewer questions, and mothers' self-confidence increases, and they get the very support that many people need so much.

Slingomams often come to us - someone is just starting to use a sling and wants advice, someone already has a lot of experience and is ready to share it. And slingoconsultants come and share their skills with pleasure and free of charge. And how nice it is later when a mother who came to learn winding comes to the next meeting confidently, with a baby in a sling, joyful and grateful! We discuss not only feeding and slings. Strollers, toys, clothes, educational activities, books, travel - any topic that may be relevant in the mother's company.

Of course, I am very lucky - most of the people, including parents with children, whom I meet in my life are educated, intelligent people who love reading, threw away the TV a long time ago, but have gadgets who love to travel, visit new places, make discoveries . They care about their children, try to accept and understand them. But I know there are others. Just one of those who stand in line for beer at a convenience store, of those who smoke without hesitation on the playground, of those who yell at children, and from whom adults sometimes want to run away. And there are such parents. What do modern children need? Less junk and more freedom - both the freedom of creativity and the freedom of discoveries that can be made in nature. And the sea! Or at least rivers! What a pity that there is no such thing in Moscow! I dream that my project will inspire mothers to communicate, meet, create their own projects and give them a good mood.
