It is worth knowing: the higher the protection factor, the denser and greasy the texture of the cream will be.

And the most important thing is that the degree of protection does not add up, that is, if you have a basic face cream with SPF 15 and you use SPF 20 on top, then the total protection will be SPF 20.

What SPF do you need?

The choice of sunscreen depends on the circumstances of your life: location, time of year and day.

The lighter the skin, the lower its own protective mechanism, which means the higher the likelihood of a burn. The first three phototypes - white-skinned, and therefore practically defenseless - require the highest possible SPF of 50+. Representatives of phototypes four to six have SFP 20 and 30.

Regardless of your skin type, it is recommended to reapply your sunscreen every 2 hours. In the summer in southern countries the sun is merciless, and people are characterized by imprudence, forgetfulness and simply laziness: they gape a little, carelessly put on their face - and do not notice how they got burned. In addition, no cream can provide 100% safety, so it is important to remember the rules of sun exposure.

In places with increased UV activity (sea, mountains, hot countries), choose a cream with SPF 30-50. Below are more specific recommendations.

I have been taking care of my skin from a young age, and in the summer I don’t go outside without SPF, even in the city. I would recommend Vichy to “snow whites” who quickly burn out or are generally afraid to sunbathe. The cream is thick and greasy, so it is better to use it in emergency cases. Absorbs in about 15 minutes! I used the product for a month and noticed an important effect - the skin becomes elastic and as if “filled”. Girls with oily skin types - this is a godsend for you! Comfortable texture without an unpleasant sticky layer, economical consumption, large bottle volume (100 ml). The only downside is the price, but the product is worth every ruble, believe me!

The cream has average, but necessary for the city, SPF 30 protection. As the owner of very oily skin, I can’t get enough of its durability and velvety finish without shine.

The cream contains the usual Sanskrin panthenol, hyaluronic acid, shea butter and niacinamide. The latter, by the way, is an active component for cellular renewal of the skin. Niacinamide improves skin elasticity and creates a barrier function, lightening age spots.
