Easter egg holders. DIY Easter egg stand. Master class with step-by-step photos. “Chicken” - egg stand

A post about how to make an egg stand with your own hands in literally 5 minutes. I collected it especially on the internet for those who haven’t had time to make it yet or don’t have the time, but want to, or for those who like to do handicrafts with children!!!

Easter is the most important Orthodox holiday, accompanied by a large number of customs and rituals.

How nice it is to get together with the whole family on the eve of the holiday, paint eggs and decorate the house while talking and joking. Together with your children you can make original egg cups, which will add a festive mood.

Egg holder can be made from scrap materials. Egg cells and wire and even old forks will be used. Very simple make an egg cup out of paper. You need to glue a strip of cardboard that fits the diameter of the egg and stick a pattern in the center of the strip. Many templates for paper coasters can be found on the Internet, but it will be more fun to draw them together with the children.

Here's another idea for a paper stand.

From cardboard packaging for eggs you will cut out nice cockerels

or fluffy chickens

You can also make egg coasters by painting them with paints and adding a little decor.

Stand made of wire in the form of paws will be very original table decoration.

And this student version

Made from iron mesh.

You will need: wire cutters, pliers, iron mesh, wire, spray paint.

We cut out a piece of iron mesh of the required size (about 20 cm) and roll it into a cylinder. We secure the joint with thin wire and paint it in a suitable color so that the structure looks uniform. We arm ourselves with pliers and give the stand the correct shape. Profit!

If the idea inspires you, and there is still a lot of iron mesh left, then there is a more complex version of the craft in the same style:

The tools are the same. This basket already consists of three fragments. We are now familiar with the middle one (see above), but here are the diagrams for the lower and upper parts:

The stands are simple in technology, but quite functional and original, and most importantly, you don’t mind throwing them away

Paper Easter bunny - egg stand

Rabbit box

Basket chicken

Easter egg stand “Rabbit”

From old spoons

Creative from wire

For the stand we need to unwind 10 meters of wire. We begin to slowly wind with various turns, periodically trying on our egg. The main thing is to pay attention to the footrest. It should be stable. We glue our flower onto the resulting egg stand. So the creative egg stand is ready.

Napkin stand

Napkins (can be paper or linen)
Stapler (paper clips) - you can do it without them

Preparation method
Fold the napkin to create sharp corners.
Raise sharp corners to the top
Fold the bottom of the napkin upward into a “roller”
Straighten and tuck the sharp corners into each other (you can fasten them with a stapler or paper clips, but for me it held together well)

Beauty from trash

firstly, you need to cut it with the smallest scissors so that it is neat and the cells themselves do not break. You need to glue it together momentarily (PVA doesn’t hold! And when painting it wets and falls off)

And now we use the finished ones, covered with the final layer of varnish and thoroughly dried, for their intended purpose.

Make your own elegant egg baskets. In this case, you don’t even have to paint them!

Grow grass at home, in a box filled with soil. Great background for colorful Easter eggs !

Using crepe or other decorative paper

Necessary materials:
- cardboard tubes from toilet paper or paper towels;
- decorative paper (for example, corrugated paper, assembled into assemblies using a sewing machine);
- scissors;
- ribbons or decorative laces;
- glue gun.

Egg carton

A piece of burlap - decorative feathers - decorations in the form of buttons or rhinestones - wire and ribbon - scissors, stapler and glue

From colored gift paper

From wire

From plastic spoons

There's more you can do Easter chick from cardboard packaging from under the eggs.

An absolutely adorable bunny egg cup can be made from any square piece of paper.

HAPPY AND HAPPY EASTER!!!

Good afternoon

On the agenda is again a very unusual question, namely how to put it beautifully on the table when Easter is around the corner. The answer is obvious, make an original stand for them. But from what? I suggest taking the tools at hand and starting making things. Are you surprised? Me too, but it turns out that our hands are not for boredom, and you will see this today.

Therefore, be on the wave too, and together with me, decorate not only pastries and eggs in an original and tasteful way, but also present it all beautifully. I hope this short note will help you find some new ideas.

In general, go for it, because soon the greatest holiday of the year is the Resurrection of Christ, prepare for it in advance. Wish you luck!

Friends, while I was surfing the Internet I didn’t even suspect that there were so many ideas for making egg cups from various things (available materials). But I think it would be more correct to focus on paper products to begin with, because materials such as cardboard and paper are found in every home. And most importantly, use your imagination in time and everything will work out. Or take advantage of these developments.

Well, start with such openwork works, take thicker paper and cut out using the cutout technique, like this.

To create such beauty, you need to print the templates or place a sheet of paper on the monitor of this layout and trace it with a pencil.

At first glance, cutting may seem quite difficult, but if you purchase a special cutter, everything will come out quickly. It will be useful to you later when you...

The lantern stands, which are also decorated with satin ribbons, also look original.

Keep stencils for this craft.

This is such a tempting souvenir that can come out of corrugated cardboard.

The chicken egg holder looks quite stylish and fashionable if the base is made of cardboard and then lined with felt.

Or you can build such a stand from a disposable cardboard plate:

It is also possible to use toilet paper rolls for work. Decorate them with all kinds of decors or corrugated, colored paper.

The next option is a funny snail, see the master class in these pictures:

You can also build the following: from an ordinary toilet paper roll, it is made of cardboard, which is easy to work with. The first craft is a flower meadow-basket.

The second craft is in the shape of a chicken.

How to make egg cups for Easter 2020 from paper and cardboard

I think this is the simplest and easiest way to build such a craft with children of different ages. Now you will see this for yourself. A wonderful idea, for which I was lucky enough to find templates for it on the Internet.

All you have to do is cut out a mold from the tray and cover it with paper pictures, which you can color at your discretion. I think that any child would be happy to get involved in such a creative process.

Well, print out a tiger, or a lion, a bird or a pig.

And get creative, friends, to your health, you can laminate the finished animals and tie them with tape.

The work in the form of wings looks very dignified, and in the middle there is an egg, as if an angel has descended. Try to do this too.

Or do you prefer bunnies and rabbits?

Choose from what I found and feel free to add your own twists and decorations.

With diligence and painstaking effort, you can make a house for Easter eggs.

The most primitive option is to make a basket according to this scheme.

The next option is in the form of a clearing and a rabbit.

The egg looks nice in the chicken. Moreover, the template can be printed and colored for children of preschool or school age.

I also met this wonderful bunny.

Here's another stencil.

You can also create something like this from ordinary colored napkins and put an egg inside.

Or wrap your Easter egg in your ears).

If there is another option in the form of a dove.

Or use ready-made stencils, simply print them out and glue them to cardboard with a glue stick.

Stand in modular origami style for Easter eggs

The favorite activity of kids and schoolchildren is origami, but not everyone prefers modular, it is more suitable for high school students. I decided to show a craft made from modules first, and then take the usual one.

So, you will first need to cut the leaf into rectangles. Take A4 format and make markings.

After which you will have to connect according to this scheme.

Thus, you should get a chain of two rows, each with 10 modules.

Then alternate colors and follow these tips.

And then lay out the white modules in the usual order.

Then double the white modules.

Make the second origami stand in the same way.

After that, glue the two works together with a glue gun and you’ll get something like this.

Well, as promised, now there are simpler coasters, which are made using the origami technique from paper.

Another option is in the form of a box.

Master class on making an Easter stand from plywood for eggs (drawings inside)

I searched and searched for such beauty and finally found it, now I’ll show you what happened. And here is a CBU module for the craft, which will need to be printed:

And then transfer the drawing of the cockerel through carbon paper onto plywood.

Then, using a hand jigsaw, cut out the internal parts first, and then the outside.

Go over with sandpaper and file.

For aesthetics, cover the cockerel with stain.

Then assemble the stand; if everything is done carefully, you can do without glue.

Beaded stand for Easter eggs with a diagram

Now friends, I suggest you turn to the video from the YouTube channel, watch and learn, because the bead material itself is beautiful and very attractive. And the most important thing is that such coasters will be stored for years and nothing will get to them.

Crafts in the form of stands from trays (boxes) for eggs for Easter eggs

During Easter, I think many of you are making coasters using egg trays that are sold in stores. If you turn on your head, you can create quite bright products. For example, like this one, a children's masterpiece.

As you guessed, you will need trays or boxes, whatever is best to call them. Cut them like this, as shown in the picture, and make marks with a pen, cut holes in this place.

On a piece of paper, draw an image of a chicken or rooster and cut it out with scissors.

Then paint the blank and glue the eyes.

You will get a handmade souvenir.

Or use other ideas, they are shown in the pictures below.

It will be cool if you add fairy-tale characters.

By the way, souvenirs are also made from plastic cells.

Stand for painted Easter eggs and Easter cakes

I couldn’t pass by this creation, it was simple, beautiful, and most importantly, fast. It looks amazing and everyone will love it. Verified. Set a great festive table, friends.

We will need:

  • Easter themed napkins
  • cardboard
  • plastic spoons
  • PVA glue
  • braid

Cut out circles from thick cardboard and decorate them with napkins.

Glue them to the back of the cardboard using a glue gun.

Then turn the craft over and decorate it with braid.

All that remains is to lay out the eggs and put them on. Good luck and bon appetit!

Basket for Easter eggs made of paper tubes

The next option that I found is to work from newspaper tubes and an egg tray. I suggest you look at these photos for step-by-step instructions. In addition to this on my blog, there are other ways of how and from what you can make baskets. That is, I mean different materials, if you're interested

There is also this plate (or tray), which is also original and simple.

I also advise you to watch the video from YouTube if you are interested in this type of activity.

Easter egg stand made of corrugated paper and sisal

I would like to show off another masterpiece souvenir, it is based on paper, and sisal is also used for decoration. The whole process of work is described in these pictures, you just have to repeat all the steps

Crocheted egg cup with work pattern and description

If you are an avid needlewoman, then you can easily cope with this work; knit a bunny stand with pockets. In general, in my other post there are a lot of ideas for doing it yourself.

Do you want to knit a chicken that will fit a pysanka? Looks cool doesn't it?

Take these descriptions with diagrams as a basis.

Well, the author created a whole clearing of unusual flowers.

Chicken from a plastic egg cup

For children's little hands, I would like to offer a souvenir in the form of a chicken or a cockerel using a plastic cup. Which any home has or will need to be purchased in a store.

To work, you must first cut four strips vertically with scissors.

Do this approximately at the same distance, but do not make the cuts to the base, about 1/3, the width of the strip is 3.5 cm.

On any strip that you like best, draw a bird's head with a marker.

Then cut out the image.

Now make the tail of a chicken or a rooster, depending on who you are planning to do. Cut the strip opposite the head into three parts.

And cut the ones that are left into four.

And start folding them and fixing them like this. They will cling to one another.

As a result, the wings and tail will be ready.

For the muzzle, cut out everything you need from paper or cardboard, a beak, a comb, paws and eyes.

Glue the parts onto the bird.

Ideas for egg cups made from various scrap materials

Well, I think that you will be interested to see what else stands can be made from and perhaps you will like such ideas more than the previous ones. For example, this is a decorative little thing that is made from modeling dough, or take salted dough.

For those who are fond of fabric, it is quite likely to fold something like this in the kanzashi style.

In addition, even ordinary pasta can be adapted and glued together into a large egg, and inside there is a hole for small Easter eggs. I showed you how to create this in more detail.

Also, something incredibly attractive can come out of dry twigs or sticks.

There are many ideas and they are all unique and delightful, choose and create.

I would like to wish everyone a sunny day and creative victories. I hope that you will definitely take advantage of the master classes on creating stands for Easter eggs, and also involve your children in this work.

Bye everyone and see you soon in other issues.

An egg stand is a convenient device for lovers of soft-boiled eggs, as well as for serving the festive table for Easter.

It is inconvenient to eat boiled eggs in a regular plate, which is why they use stands and even trays with special recesses.

Single stands are the simplest option. They are containers with legs. Suitable for serving soft-boiled eggs and convenient not only for serving gala dinners, but also for everyday use.

The trays are round in shape and equipped with special recesses. They have small legs.

Egg plates are similar to regular plates, but have small sides or indentations. Plates with sides are suitable for serving already peeled or, for example, stuffed eggs, and models with recesses are suitable for setting the table for Easter.

Many egg lovers do not buy such stands, but make them themselves from available materials. Single stands are especially easy to use. You can do them with your children.

This activity is both pleasant and useful, especially on the eve of Easter. There are a lot of options for making stands. Paper, plastic, wire, beads, satin ribbons, and threads are used.

Option 1 - made of paper

This master class is for those who want to make paper egg cup. To work, you will need regular, unbleached cardboard and a paper towel roll.

  1. Draw a circle on cardboard or trace a round object, such as a plate. Moving from the outer edge, cut it in a spiral. The lines do not have to be straight; on the contrary, with uneven lines the nest will turn out more magnificent and beautiful.
  2. Cut a ring from a paper towel roll. Glue one end of the spiral to the ring and wrap it around the ring. You need to cut off several pieces of paper from the spiral and curl it using a pencil.
  3. All that remains is to fix the second end of the spiral on the ring and secure the serpentines.

Option 1.1

Paper egg stand - lawn

For work, two types of green cardboard with different textures. From smooth paper we cut a strip about 4 cm wide, from textured paper - a little narrower, but longer.

We make cuts along one side of the long strip to create a grass effect. You can put letters on the long strip - the names of the guests.

Glue the strips together with glue to make a ring, place one ring inside the other, and put an egg inside.

Option 1.2

To work you will need green cardboard and cardboard of two other colors for the petals. We cut out a strip from green paper, make a ring out of it and glue it together.

We cut out petals from colored paper - two sizes. We glue the larger ones to the ring first, then the smaller ones. So, you should get a stand that looks like a bright, beautiful flower.

Option 2 - satin ribbon egg cups

Another simple master class involves using a satin ribbon of any color and birch twigs. You can make a stand in just 15 minutes.

1. Before starting work, the twigs need to be soaked in hot water to make them softer and more manageable.

2. After this, they can be intertwined with each other. Birch branches cling well to each other, and no strings are needed for fastening. In this case, you need to form a small wreath from them.

3. Add more branches to the resulting frame until we get a wreath of the required volume.

4. Then we thread a satin ribbon through the branches and make a beautiful bow.

Option 3 - wire egg stand

If you have colored fluffy wire at home, which is usually used to decorate gifts, you can use it. It bends and easily takes any shape, so it is convenient for making crafts, including with children.

It was originally invented for cleaning smoking pipes, but today it is used in various educational methods for developing fine motor skills in preschool children.

The stand will be placed on wire legs. It will take no more than half an hour to make, and you can involve your child and invite him to make several coasters of different colors.

  1. To work, you will need a toothpick (it is better not to give it to children so as not to prick themselves) and twists about 30 cm long.
  2. We twist the three wires tightly in the middle and straighten the legs of the future stand. There are several twist options. You can make something similar to a one-legged piano stool; you can leave the legs straight or bend them to the sides and down. Experiments are not forbidden, which will definitely work out, because the wire is very pliable.
  3. This will give us the bottom of the stand. All that remains is to decorate the top in the same style. To prevent the egg from falling out, the upper ends of the wire should not be placed far apart.
  4. To finish our stand, you need to twist the ends of the wire onto it with a toothpick or pencil. The lower ends can be slightly bent to give the stand stability. Place the egg in the stand and check how firmly it holds.

Option 4 - from paper cord

This master class involves the use of paper cord. The weaving is simple, so even a child can do it. In addition to the paper cord, you need cardboard mugs and a needle.

1. Cut out a small circle from cardboard and make holes in an odd number along the edges. Then we cut small pieces of twine. We calculate the number of segments as follows: subtract one from the number of holes and divide in half.

3. After this, we begin weaving. The pattern is similar to basket weaving. We pass the cord one by one above and below the segments.

4. Once the stand is of the desired depth, all that remains is to trim the ends and tuck it inside.

If desired, you can decorate the stand with a handle. To do this, attach a piece of twine to the edge of the basket and wind a paper cord in a spiral.

As additional decor, you can use satin ribbons, as well as simple toys, which are also easy to make with your own hands.

The breath of spring is becoming more and more noticeable outside, and it’s time for us to start preparing for the most joyful spring holiday - ! The Motherhood portal offers several master classes on making gift baskets and decorative stands for Easter eggs.

You can make them from available materials: cardboard boxes, egg containers, tape backing, modeling mass, paper and cardboard, and even rubber gloves. Intrigued? Then watch and create!

Fun Easter egg coasters

Cute and funny, a little cartoonish Easter egg coasters are perfect as gifts for kids. Your children can make these coasters as gifts for their friends.

Try making an original snail egg. To do this, draw a spiral on a raw egg with a wax pencil and paint the egg in the desired color. We make a stand from a toilet paper roll. The craft can be covered with colored paper, then the snail will turn out even more elegant!

Painted eggs can be decorated to look like different animals, and in the end you will have a whole zoo! , cut out and glue animal faces onto the painted eggs. We cut out a “cage” from an egg tray and make paws for the animal. If necessary, add details: tail, wings, etc.

You can make a stand for Easter eggs from a round box, a jar, a plastic bottle, or a roller of tape. To do this, we decorate it with paper on top and make a “litter” inside the basket. These are such wonderful chicken baskets!

You can make bright chickens from inflated rubber gloves. We color them and decorate them with colored paper. They can be planted in a basket along with painted eggs or decorated in a similar way for a holiday table. Look how great it turns out!

Gift baskets made of paper and cardboard

You can make an egg basket using a round cheese box. We cover the cardboard box with paper or thin cardboard and make a decorative handle. Then we decorate it to our liking. This can be amazing quilling curls, scrapbooking, decoration with ribbons and braid, and colored paper.

You can make a gift basket for an Easter egg using your favorite embossing technique. We wrote more about this technique in the topic about. We make the basket in the same way: print out the diagram, cut it out, make side bends and glue the basket together.

You can make lantern baskets for one egg. To do this, select the scheme you like:

Then we cut out the base, bend it according to the sample, and fasten the parts together. Place an egg inside the resulting lantern and tie a satin bow at the top.

Egg cups decorated with a paper flower look original and elegant. Making them is quite simple.

Or you can make a bunny basket from the same photo according to the following scheme:

Making a beautiful Easter basket is quite simple. To do this, we make cuts on the cardboard according to the diagram, wrap and glue them, securing them with paper clips.

Then we come up with the design of our future gift basket and decorate the base to our taste.

The gift basket can be made of thick fabric or felt.

Using the modeling mixture, you can create an original dish in the shape of a chicken. Roll out the oval layer and cut out the base with a knife. We cut through the beak and squeeze it onto the surface of the dish so that it becomes voluminous.

Now we have the base of the dish, dry it in the oven until completely hardened.

Lightly color the beak, comb and eyes.

We make a symbolic nest out of threads and put painted eggs inside it.
